I am a Property Manager for several National Church Residences Senior Communities here in Toledo, OH. Transtar covers any electrical and security applications. Came out and identified the issue immediately. The technician was great.

Do not use them!!! I hired them to replace a ceiling lightbulb out of reach in the office which they installed themselves with our initial buildout of our office. I called them and explained in detail what light needed to be replaced. They charged me an hour for a guy to come out and LOOK at the light. Then charged me again for another 1.5 hours to replace the lightbulb!! 2.5 hours and a 305.06-dollar bill to replace a bulb. Talk about getting robbed. I called to ask about the charges and talked to Jessica who said she would ask about it and get back to me. She never did. I called 3 times and still haven't heard back.

Would NOT recommend this company. Started work in September still have not been back to complete job nearly 2 months later.
