Although my father passed away several years ago, he proudly served in Korea and would be so greatful that I found Sandra and the Lorain County Veterans Service to help my mom in her senior years. Sandra from the beginning has been compassionate and understanding and so very helpful to my mom!! I have been spearding the word of the wonderful service your agency provides. Keep up the good work!

I wish to apologize for my previous opinion that was posted. I speculated on past experiences. After my visit today, I was educated on operational processes. I appreciate the staff for taking the time. Very professional in every aspect.

Went there with everything they needed. I sent my stuff by email or brought it with me. These people care about you! I didn't know what to expect, but I left there in a better state of mind, when life kicks you in the butt. All I can say is thank you..for caring for us vets!!!

very kind. compassionate and helpful. we needed help after i had 4 hospitalizations for suicidal ideation and depression. they were ready to help. i am forever in their debt.

First time I went here it was great. The next time was terrible. The vso told me he was to busy and to call next time. Then told me my claim wasn't acceptable. I felt like I was bothering them and just wanted to leave.ill try somewhere else

1st time to get Veteran's ID. No info on website. I drove over on Memorial day (May 30, 2017) to find they ONLY do IDs on Thursday and Friday 9-11am. Wasted time and gas. Very Disappointed!!

Just my experience but it seems like every time I call there, they have a crappy attitude. No one seems to want to help, much less care about the caller. It's almost as if they are annoyed that they have to actually help someone. Emailing them is a joke because NO ONE ever replies. If you need help, go to the VA, the staff actually care, they are knowledgeable and they will get you the help you need.

1 star ONLY because I couldn't leave negative ratings. My son is a service connected disabled veteran who is enrolled in ch. 31 voc. rehab. He is in need of some help getting bills taken care of, and the female on the phone told him that he should " just quit college and get a job with border patrol " completely disgusting behavior from someone who is SUPPOSED to be HELPING veterans. 🤬

Can never get ahold of them, they do not return phone calls

Don’t waste your time here very unprofessional and very rude staff do yourself a favor and go somewhere else trust me ......

I call every day and can't get an answer or even answering machine
