Mercy Health - St. Anne Hospital

I just want to say thank you. Every time I've been to St Anne's for diagnostic testing everyone treated me with polite respect and kindness. From the registration area ( thank you Alex) to the techs, to the lab and xray crew, I was made to feel comfortable and treated with compassion. There were no lengthy waiting periods, I was in and out. I couldn't ask for more.

Thanks so much to the staff and nurses in the ICU. Thanks Dr. Alo and his team for all the excellent care. Thanks again for your care and service. You all were great !

We had a visit and the registration lady kristi was friendly and kind and our visit was quick we were in and out in 30mins. Our testing went smoothly and the tech was friendly the place was clean and quiet . It was a a pleasant visit.

Thank you so much for helping everyone was amazing and they told us were to park the semi so i can get my ankle looked at thank God ir wasnt broke i really appriciate this hospital thank you so much again

I was brought in by local ambulance from a fitness club, because I didn’t eat anything or properly hydrate before I worked out. First time ever that I didn’t go into an ER as a walk-in. Now it’s clear to me when your situation is considered to be an “emergency”. I was discharged after 3 very intensive hours of the most thorough examination that I have ever received in a hospital during my 63+ years of life. They even checked for the possibility of blood clots having caused me to become dizzy and pass out. Thank God this wasn’t the case. Starting with the ambulance paramedics, to all the nurses to the doctors and cat scan technicians, they were all very attentive, professional, courteous, efficient and engaged with my humanity. They’re the best ambulance, hospital staff and facility that I’ve ever experienced. Two thumbs way up!

I went to the ER with shortness of breath. Immediately I was being treated by a swarm of doctors and nurses just like on TV. They were like syncronized swimmers...just amazing. I am positive they absolutely saved my life.
The humanity I saw from them is something I will never forget and I am forever grateful to the entire staff.

My husband got rushed to this hospital for heart problems and his nurse's name was Mason and I just have to say he was such a great nurse. My mother in law met me up there and she was nervous and worried because that's her son and she kept going to get the nurse and was asking a bunch of questions and he was so patient and nice to her. He was very calm and explained to us what was going on. He was just an overall great guy and I was very happy to have him taking care of my husband. Even pushed him out to the car and helped him in. If this gets to him I hope he just keeps doing what he's doing and that there are people that notive his hard work and kind heart.

I'm not sure about other people's experiences with bad reviews, but I guess it's like all other hospitals. What doctor is working at the time..I go there for EVERYTHING. Especially ER. They are the least busy of ALL the hospitals. Very nice also. I love it much better than Toledo and Flower. I would definitely try if it's ER related instead of urgent care at the VERY least and if your doctor goes only through Mercy, I feel it's the best. My opinion but go there a lot (Unfortunately) and had a few surgeries🤷

I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤ for taking such great care of me and putting up with my mouth I heard I was very rude towards you guys I apologize from the bottom of my heart you guys are amazing and deserve all the respect in the world thank you guys again EVERYONE staff member was awesome and after my recovery I plan on stopping in with a gift of my gratitude

Not a bad experience considering having to go via ambulance. Nurses and Doctors staff are amazing and kept us all informed.

Nurses Brianna and Jessica were compassionate, and professional, as well as many other medical staff that assisted my needs during my stay! Dr. Husted was fantastic! Dr. Richie was fantastic! I wish I could remember ALL of your names!

My daughter had her surgery there today. I was very nervous going into this surgery, but once I met all of the nursing staff, my worries disappeared. I am a nurse (I didn’t tell them that), but they did everything right. Every nurse checked her name band and scanned her ID before giving medications. The IV bag was labeled with the correct date. They gave medicine and hooked her to a vitals machine to keep an eye on her oxygen saturations. They even put up her side rails after giving her Versed (for a fall risk). The nurses and providers were all wonderful. Thank you especially to Angie, Paul & Mary Ann for such great care! Mary Ann sat down and explained the discharge papers perfectly!

I am currently still in this hospital. Thus far my treatment and care has been great. I was having a bad reaction to an antibiotic so I went to see my family doc. They told me to come here. I sat in the ER waiting room for about 5 minutes before I was taken back by an RN named Chuck. Hands down the coolest caretaker I've had. We were both Navy vets (he served 3 tours in Vietnam) so we swapped a couple sea stories, and had a couple laughs. I was admitted to the progressive care unit where the staff has been kind, attentive, and professional. Obviously everyones experience may be different, but this is the 3rd time I've been through the emergency room (twice for myself, once for my son who split his eye open on a table leg) and all of my visits have been decent or better. Don't hesitate to get care here. I feel safe and well cared for.

My 15 yr old daughter had a knee reconstruction surgery, the surgery department was absolutely wonderful. They treated us as family and treated my daughter even better. She had to stay the night in the hospital for observation and the nurses were very attentive. They catered to her every whim. We had the best care hands down!

At Anne’s has some of the best nurses available.
I went there for herniated disc in my back, the pain was indescribable. The emergency room staff admitted me without delay I had my surgery the nursing staff on the second floor I can’t thank of enough for the level of care

I’ve always had good experiences with St.Anne’s hospital and E.R. Matthew Taylor is an EXCELLENT DR in the emergency room. He has seen Me a few times and was very thorough and reassuring. He will do very well as a Dr. Nurses are pretty friendly and X-ray tech was nice as well.

My mother had knee replacement surgery on Wednesday. Dr Davis and his staff are amazing. The nurses are so caring and attentive. I appreciate the care that was given to my mother.
