I have been going 2 personal tax service 4 the last 22yrs and I will never go anywhere else as long as Betty & Stan are around!!! They are awesome friendly & they get 2 know their clients....

I called to ask a question. I was asked if I was a customer. I said no but might after asking question. I was told that since I wasn't a previous customer, they wouldn't answer a question and then was hung up on. Talk about POOR customer service right from the get go. No way would I do business with a company that treats potential customers like this!!!
