I’ve been dealing with the Sheffield store. Sandi is fantastic! She is so patient and answers all your questions. She’ll do anything within her power to help make any transaction pleasant for the customer. If the particular store doesn’t have items in stock, they’ll ship them to your home.

The installation crew is SECOND TO NONE! They are very very friendly and knowledgeable about the pools. Our 15' x 52" took them 2 hours to install. Thank you Litehouse pools !!!!!!!!

Nice friendly staff, loaded with pool supplies and accessories for your backyard pool operation. They seem to carry more 'high end' stuff than u usually find at the big box stores. Qaulity goods plus outstanding personal service will always have a place in the marketplace and I feel they fill that niche very well !!

We had a wonderful experience at Litehouse in Sheffield when we were shopping for our hot tub. Dan was especially helpful and friendly. Dan went out of his way on multiple occasions to make sure we were getting the most out of our hot tub experience even after the sale. Evan. The beautiful man who works there God bless his soul. Walked in with our motor we just bout not long ago. We thought we lost or misplaced a part. Turns out we just put it on wrong. Super helpful staff will test your spa water and give you a detailed printout on what actions are needed to make the hot tub sparkling clean! Lots of inventory means they are going to have whatever you need.

Was in recently because I finally decided to get a pool for the family. Didn't really know anything about pools or the process. Dan was very helpful and took good care of us. Great experience. Can't wait for summer.

Im there subcontractor I build there pools they sell. Great place. Not date that because I work there either I use to work for great escape to doing same work and lithouse sales people are nicer when ever I go in the store
