The Pizza Factory, LLC

This was my first time to eat there. We ordered a massive 20 inch pizza with pepperoni, green peppers and mushrooms, and a medium cheese pizza. They were both very tasty and well cooked. The owner knew most of the people by name and many of their orders before they even asked for anything. Very fun and quaint experience. I recommend trying it out.

It is called the pizza factory. Freshly made pizza, tastes delicious. Veggie pizza was loaded and tasted good. They give Parmesan knots for every customer as we wait for our order. That was super delicious, it was fresh and hot. Small pizza and nice diner. Restrooms are okay. There is parking available.

The food is fresh; the people are nice; and I love their pizza sauce! Their cheeseburger pizza or the Philly subs are my favorite! Real steak on the Philly cheesesteak sub! The parm bites are also pretty good!

Thin crust half sausage half pep. It was as good as advertised. Large Chef salad was great! We drove in from Columbus suburb to try it, and it was worth the 45 min. Could use a little housekeeping, restroom trash can full, trash under counter, and pop cases on floor. Picky? Yes, I am about cleanliness, especially when we are 1st customer of the day.

Pizza is always good, wait time isnt long at all. My family and I love them. Great service from the drivers as well!

A neighbor told me about this place, Since I moved to Mt Vernon and they don't have a Pizza Cottage I thought let's give it a try.
Large was a great size and price. Pep and sausage $16.00. Been awhile since I've had a great pizza and it hit the spot. This may beat Pizza Cottage especially taste and price!

I dined in & ordered a Medium Meat Lovers with Black Olives & recieved an order of Parmesan Bites! The pizza & the bites were great, the staff was super nice & attentive!!

Great pizza and subs. Chris is one he'll of a guy as well. He keeps stuff up to date. With plenty of hot fresh food. Great deals on pizza. If you have more then 3 eating he's got a pizza that will definitely take care of that it's called the big hoss 24.99 and it won't disappoint you 😉

Chris and the rest of the staff at Pizza Factory are always friendly and we receive great service. If I'm ever around central Ohio you have to try their pepperoni pizza. They do not skimp on the ingredients and you can tell. YUM YUM YUM

Fast service and good food. Also had a warm chocolate chip Cookie.

I didn't even realize the place was open. I thought it was a place to grow spiders until I saw the bright lights on one day coming home from work. So we tried it and we enjoyed it a lot. My wife is forced to be gluten free and she thought the cauliflower crust was great.

Food was great but the customer service is what sold me. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I was skeptical of it being a small town pizza place but thus will be my go to now when I come to town. I wish I knew the guys name that took my order and gave me my food

Amazing pizza, great Custer service and made up for being late while there was a storm. We totally expected them to be running behind but they made sure to take care of us. I can not say enough about them!!
