I would highly recommend! Our precious Andrea left us unexpectedly on 12/19/23 and we received her remains on the 21st. I didn't expect it so quickly. We're grateful for having her before Christmas. The box was beautiful and came with a certificate of cremation, her paw print, and a bookmark with some seeds to plant in her honor and remembrance. Thank you so much!

My cat unexpectedly passed away on January 9th and I was able to take her body in to be cremated same day at Paws & Remember. This was the third animal I had cremated here, the other two being 2 100 lb Saint Bernards. Their cremation services cost in the 300’s and I received boxes with their names beautifully scripted on them as well as their paw prints. To have my 4 lb cat cremated, it cost me $220 and I received her tiny bag of ashes in a wooden box that doesn’t even have her name on it and no paw print 😭 When I walked in to drop her body off a man took me over to a table, put a yellow paper in front of me to sign and said it would be $220. I assumed for that price that I would receive a box with her name on it as well as her paw print like I did for my 2 dogs. I am so sad and beyond disappointed. I’m hoping when I call them tomorrow that it was just a misunderstanding and they just forgot to put her paw print in the bag and forgot to script her name on her box.
Update: I called Paws & Rememeber on Thursday but did not receive a call back so I stopped in to talk to them about the situation. When I was there to drop my cat off to have her cremated there was like of communication and a misunderstanding about what I wanted included with her cremation service. The worker did not explain different options, such as a paw print or having her name engraved on the box and I also did not think to ask any questions when I was filling out the paperwork. The worker thought I just wanted a basic cremation, which is $220 and only includes her ashes in a box. The owner was present during the conversation and apologized for the situation and offered to have her name engraved on the box at no charge and gave me 2 keepsakes for her ashes since her body was already incinerated and there was no way to have a paw print done. He did not charge me for any of it. I changed my 1 star review to a 5 star review due to the amount of empathy I received and for them trying to rectify the situation.

We were blindsided on Saturday afternoon, Moose our Bassett Hound became listless, and had labored breathing, the Vet took x rays, and found a huge mass on his heart, pressing against his windpipe, and impairing his lungs, he gave him 2 weeks. We literally had to decide on
our family member of 11 years, within minutes, we made the ultimate decision, had him cremated, on Monday we received our boy back, in a very tasteful box/urn, a beautiful "Death Certificate" with his name and mine, and a clay paw print of one of his paws, along with a beautiful saying attached to a "heart" that you plant, and from which wild flowers will bloom. I wish, after looking at their site I would have know of the options available, BUT, I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the speed, the professionalism and genuine care they must have. If I could give 10 stars I would. Kathy

I am grateful and pleased with how the service that they provided helped my family to remember our beloved fur babies that passed. It means so much to have the paw prints that we can hold and cherish, as well as the ashes placed in a wooden box. The memory booklet is a beautiful touch to it all. Thanks for the wonderful work you do.

We are truly happy with Paws & Remember. They took very good care of our beautiful girl (Prada) I couldnt be happier with her box, clay paw print and the little extra remembrance added in. Prada was loved so very much and a part of our family for over 12 years. Thank you Paws & Remember for the kindness and care.

These folks treated our dog with the dignity deserving of any family member. The respect for the depth of our loss was professional, and the sympathy expressed was sincere and comforting. The package returned to us was beautiful beyond our imagination. Will definitely recommend!

We have had 3 of our sweet fur babies taken there and now have another. They treat them with dignity and love. I won't go any where else.

Thanks for not answering the phone for hours! The best rated place in Toledo doesn't pick up the phone. You'd think you guys would be prompt given the nature of the business but I guess not. Also Todd on the voice-mail, maybe you should specify when you guys WILL be available because according to Google you're open.

The only thing I was super disappointed about was the fact that they spelled my dogs name wrong on the clay paw print molding I got..
