Went in the Austintown store yesterday for the first time. Alaina was welcoming, friendly, and informative. She not only immediately put my fiancee and I at ease, she suggested (was not pushy at all) one of the shave creams that turned out to be the best one I've ever used. Probably what customer service should be like anywhere. Greets customers as soon as they enter as well as checks in on if they're finding everything ok or need help. Clean floor, neatly organized shelves, and knowledgeable staff for the trifecta of the store itself. The products are pretty good quality and some things you must expect to pay for what you're going to get. Little bit of something for everyone here.

Ambiance in Boardman treated me badly as a man buying female attire.
Sassy Sensations in Austintown was great nice sales people even fitted and tightened a corset on me.
Good prices friendly sales people LGBTQ+ friendly. Will definitely be going back even signed up for rewards.

The owner is so funny and down to earth I love talking to her, makes your shopping experience great. I love that they answer any questions we have and never try to push you into buying something ☺
