Cottonwood Shanty

I placed an online order Tuesday evening and received it in the mail the following Thursday. I was definitely not expecting such a quick turnaround time, especially around the holidays! I was a tiny bit nervous to order glass ornaments through the mail, but they were packaged well and arrived in great shape. I would highly recommend this shop.

This shop is a magical place to inspire you with amazing displays and beautiful items that you can't find anywhere else. I have ordered many Cottonwood Shanty items online before , and have loved them all, but visited the store in person today for the first time. Not sure what took me so long...an absolutely beautiful shop that I plan to frequent often.

I've never actually been to the store I always order online but I've never had any issues with them. The owner seems like a kind person from what I see on Instagram and the few messages we've exchanged. Of course, I've never met her so this is just based on that. She's always replied to my messages and any concerns so that's a plus and their customer service has been well with no issues and pretty quick to respond within their regular business days. I truly hope this company continues to do well with customer service because that's a huge thing and I believe it makes or breaks a business. Beautiful and really elegant looking products and they are well packaged and quick with delivery. Highly recommend

Beautiful store, lots of eye candy. Prices were a little high. Walked away with out buying anything.

I recently ordered their Embossed Metal Footer Planters which were described on their website as coming as a set of 2. I ordered 2 of these sets, thus 4 total. However, I only received 2 total when delivered. I reached out to their customer service explaining the issue and Courtney said "by a mistake on our part,​ the "set of 2" in the product description is incorrect. The planters are sold separately". Instead of honoring my order and owning up to the mistake, she adamantly refused to just send me the other 2 planters. Instead of taking accountability for the false advertising in my case, she only offered to give me a refund for 1 planter. But, when you order 4 planters, all you expect is to receive the 4 planters accordingly, no questions asked. Especially since this was a mistake on their part, why not just do the right thing and maintain a good reputation? I used to be a fan and loyal follower of their shop, but am absolutely disgusted by Courtney's refusal to just honor what I ordered. What a shame. Why can't people just do the right thing the first time?
