Great customer service, very reasonable price and work was done in a timely manner!! We needed a fuel line replaced on our truck and needed it done as soon as possible. I called and talked with Jim told him what we needed and we needed done as soon as possible. He told me to get it to them and they would get it done by the next day. The next day we called them because we hadn’t heard from them yet! Not only did they have it done the same day (which I or them wrote my phone number down wrong) and tried calling us. The cost for the repair and an oil change was very low compared to what we thought it was going to be. Also, Jim took the time to look at our extended warranty on our other vehicle to see if they could take care of any issues we have with it. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement! I highly recommend them.

Got front wheel hubs replaced. Owner was very down to earth and made you feel like family was going to work on your vehicle. In and out same day. Far better pricing from other garages around.

I had my transmission done in November of 2018. They told me the 1st and 2nd gear will stick and give it 2 weeks to adjust. When it didn't, the owner was quick to work with me and redid the transmission and honored the 90 day guarantee. My car works far better and the price was incredible! They treat you like family and l would recommend them to anyone whoever needs transmission work done. Thanks, Integrity auto.

I have an older car and whenever it needs repaired, I go to Integrity. I have always been impressed with their service. Jim is the most efficient and honest mechanic I have ever met. His repairs are reasonably-priced (usually cheaper than other mechanics I've used), he works quickly, and he will tell you whether a repair is worth the cost or not, even if it means he won't be paid for the repair work. I recommend him to anyone I know who lives in or near Mount Vernon, as a trustworthy and reputable mechanic is hard to find!

I found this auto repair shop online. Let me just say...we've found our mechanic! My daughter and I broke down in Mt. Vernon and needed a tow and a mechanic. We're new to the area so we were scrambling.

Our experience with Integrity Auto Repair? Wonderful! They were kind. With a smile, he listened to our "kerplunk" and metal on metal crunching explanation of our vehicles problem. The owners daughter who ran the office was polite, ever helping and courteous. Not to mention, they have the most adorable little dog in the office.

To sum this up, we had our vehicle back in record time (18 hours), fixed properly and wasn't gouged on the price! Couldn't have asked for better service in any way!

I have taken my mother's car to Integrity several times and they have always quickly found the problem and made necessary repairs for an extremely reasonable price. Integrity was recommended to us by a friend who is retired from the car sales business; he described Jim as a very good, solid mechanic who is honest and dependable. I would definitely recommend Integrity and plan to use them for all of our car service needs.

Quality auto repair at a price that beats all other competitors. Easy drop off, easy pick up, down to earth honest people. Neither my fiance or I have been recommended a service that wasn't needed-- something that plagues most of the other places we have been. Jim is the owner and generally the guy you talk to. He's calm, informative, patient and you never leave feeling cheated or belittled regardless of your gender or expertise. (Another issue that plagues other garages.)

I just had my truck fixed there last week, Jim did an outstanding job! I am new to the area and contacted my old repair shop whom I was happy with and his price was more than Integrity's. They also had the repairs completed in a few hours. I will have Jim do all my service from now on. Thank you

If you're looking for quick service with quality workmanship, this is your place. I own several exotic cars including a Viper, and Lamborghini, and these are the only guys around here I trust enough to take care of a $220,000 car. I know my car isn't going to get scratched up..... or taken out for a joy ride.They will work on stuff other guys wouldn't dare to.

I am the office manager for a local company and we have had Integrity Auto Repair work on a couple of our vehicles. We have not had any issues with our vehicles since Jim fixed them, and he was able to get the vehicles in right away which is a definite bonus for a company. Affordable, honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

I needed a rear main seal in my BMW and the job called for 6-8 hours. Jim had this done and ready for pickup in 4 hours and even gave me a break on the quoted price! I would definitely recommend Integrity Auto Repair to all my friends and family.

Two thumbs up! I could not be happier with the service I received! I'm the kind of person that does most of my own work, but due to time and temperature, I needed to find a reliable shop here in Knox County to repair a broken CV axle on an older BMW (my daughter's ride to work and school). I looked around online and read all the reviews. Integrity had good online reviews and I thought I would give them a shot. Jim's assessment was honest and straight-forward and he then repaired the car in record time. I am confident I will seek out Integrity Auto Repair first when I need anything automotive in the future. I would send my mother and grandmother there without any reservations. If there was a 6th star on this rating, I would click it!

Had a bent right, rear axle on my Tahoe and the whole rear-end was under warranty from Las Vegas. Jim tried to work with the parts company out of Vegas, but they were being difficult. They wanted him to remove the whole rear-end and pay for a new one to have them send another one to Ohio. Jim saved me a ton on labor by arguing that they only needed an axle replaced. He really tried to straighten it out when it really wasn't his problem. My Tahoe was at his shop for over a month (no charge) before we gave up on that company to remedy their faulty part and he had it fixed in a day. I came back up from NC, picked it up, and I'm back on the road with the vehicle driving smoothly again. Great work, and the best customer service I've dealt with at a mechanic shop...EVER. He was always available when I called and he always kept me in the loop. Very professional. 6 stars.

Took my car in and seriously expected to pay into the thousands for fixing the problem I was dealing with on my BMW. Jim was AWESOME!!! And if anyone has an import, they know it is ridiculously expensive to have anything fixed on them. Jim fixed my car and, without going into numbers, he saves me a TON of money. I could hug him. I will be telling others for sure!!!! Already did actually! Don't hesitate to call them if you have a problem with your vehicle.

I needed some work done on my F-250 and Integrity Auto Repair was wonderful to work with, very affordable, and had the work done the same day. I haven't had any issues since and will definitely recommend Integrity to my friends and family.

My wife's '99 Corolla was her father's who can no longer drive. The car has more sentimental value than retail. Still, they took fantastic care of the car when they fixed it.
Cotto's cupcake and a new BBQ joint is across the street with free WiFi so I just hung out there while they fixed the car.
