Italian River Authentic Cuisine

Absolutely love this place. Closest I've had to authentic Italian food since I lived in Italy! I just wish there was balsamic on the tables to pair with the olive oil.

Service was spectacular, staff was all very friendly. The food was delicious, and the drinks were SUPER strong. One margarita had me tapping out!

The food was great. Prices were very reasonable. Also, they have coupon link on their website in which we got discounts on our meals. This hidden gem of a restaurant is located on North River Road near the old Packard plant complex. Its decor is plain and simple, the food, service, and prices are exceptional. I hope to go back soon and a dign on the door says they will be changing their menu so it's always new eating experinces. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for great food. They give you peppers and oil with ciabatta bread before you eat as part of the table service. Try it, you'll love it.

Absolutely delicious! From the fresh bread and peppers to the appetizer of shrimp scampi in a wonderful chunky garlic sauce! Had the Seafood Melody entree and it was also delicious the sauce is creamy and full of lobster! Definitely stop in here 6 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Been there twice so far and every thing I had was delicious. You get bread, butter and peppers in oil that you get right off the get go. I've had the greens and the calamari(melt in your mouth). The seafood medley and Italian chicken sub are 2 things to get. I can't wait to go back to try some more food from this menu. Worth the trip for the great food at a good price.

Just had dinner there with Marie as our waitress. The food and service was literally so good I'm reviewing immediately after leaving. I had the Cavalleni New Orleans and it was worth every penny. Our appetizer was the Mussels and Clams with Bruschetta, the sauce was so buttery and delicious. Highly highly recommend this restaurant. The atmosphere was very homely and the food is worth the price. We will be back!!

We have dined in and had carryout both a couple times. The Alfredo sauce and the wedding soup are excellent. I’m not usually a big fan of lasagna but theirs was very good with a lot of flavor.

Hands down the BEST restaurant I've been too. It's not that the atmosphere is the greatest, or the menu is the biggest. Its the fact we have been there at ALL different times and different days, and the food has been 100% excellent every single time. We've had something different every time and its all amazing. Also the few desserts they do have are HUGE & PERFECT

Ashley the server was extremely attentive/polite. Great inviting and comfortable atmosphere. The appetizer plate of greens was phenomenal. Dinner entrée comes with house salad. I ordered the veal marsala with angel hair pasta Al dente...oh so good. The dish was proportionate for the price. My wife had the blackened haddock absolutely deeeeelicious. Seasoned and chard to perfection. In observation..it was obvious other patrons were enjoying their experience as well. This was our first visit, and certainly wont be our last. We highly recomend this restaurant for bringing a date.... Entertaining groups. They have the space to accommodate. We arrived early..5/6:00. Upon leaving it was filling up quickly. You need to put this on your list next time you want some good dinning. Three thumbs up! Sadly I was too busy raving on the food I forgot to take a photo. Presentation was great as well.

Staff is AMAZING. My first time was simply to pick up take out, and the staff was incredibly kind, communicative, and fun. It was clear that other customers were equally as happy with their experience as I observed their interactions. Honestly, I would go here for the kind service and conversation.

Calamari is Amazing, and chicken, mushroom, shrimp pasta was great. I was afraid to take a chance glad I did. On my 2nd time ordering today hopefully the chicken Marcella is just as great! I already know the calamari is going to be good. I do wish the gave salad and bread.

We finally got to eat here. Every time we have gone it's been packed. The greens were delicious. Our new favorite. We had eggplant parm and salmon in a red wine tomato sauce. Delicious. We will return.

We had the Calamari ~~ melted in your mouth! ~~ Homemade Wedding soup that tasted like it came out of our family's kitchen ~~ Calzones as big as the plate (hubby got the Philly Cheese calzone and mine was the House calzone) served hot and with a side of delicious sauce. Priced right. GREAT service ! Comfortable , clean and welcoming . Bring your appetite and the KIDS ~ Did I mention there is a kids menu ? Well, there is and desserts as well. We will definitely be making this a regular stop for our meals when eating out.

The food is very good, and the prices are reasonable and so are the portion sizes. I have tried different menu entrees and have not been disappointed. Their seafood dishes are quite tasty.

Always a great time. Service is outstanding and the food is consistent. Very friendly. Been there at least a dozen times if not more and the only thing I would change is nicer silverware.

Absolutely excellent food and value. Authentic Alfredo, no re-heat canned stuff here. We’ve come twice and it’s now our new favorite.
