The Barn Inn Bed and Breakfast

This is an absolutely beautiful, clean, peaceful Bed and Breakfast. The owners use local sourcing of food and other amenities so you feel connected to this area the entire time of your visit. Breakfast is a great experience and the nightly snack is the perfect touch on your day at the Inn. If you want to treat yourself to an extra special time, book during the Christmas Holidays. The Inn could not look any more beautiful.

The Barn is located between Millersburg and Berlin in a peaceful countryside. All the rooms are beautiful and cozy. It is a great place to relax after a busy shopping day and the breakfasts are wonderful! The proprietors, Michelle and Gene, are friendly and ready to make your stay memorable.

We stayed in the Renaissance Room, on the main floor of the Barn Inn. The room was just as described, with the exception of the DVD player. DVDs are gone. The room was perfect, and the weather in mid March was ideal. We sat outside on the porch listening to and watching the birds - very peaceful and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing and shopping in beautiful Holmes county. The breakfasts are each excellently prepared and served by the innkeepers, Gene and Michelle. After breakfast Gene gives a short talk on what is happening today in Amish county, plus he shares interesting tidbits like where they get the coffee and sausages used at breakfast. Gene is also good at answering just about any questions you may have about the area, the Amish and the history if the Inn. We had a great two day stay, and hope to be back soon.

Our first stay at The Barn Inn was awesome! Accommodations fit our needs, so close to many points of interest and located in a very quiet Amish country setting. The breakfast was delicious and innkeepers were very knowledgable about the area. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again when we visit Ohio Amish Country!

My wife and I came to Amish country for a quick one day/ one night getaway. This place was exactly as advertised and the reviews were spot on. It's in a beautiful location out in the country while being only 8 min. from Berlin and 6 min. from Millersburg. The room was nice and cozy and exactly as pictured. The fireplace and jacuzzi tub were great. The Inn keepers Gene and Michelle provided incredible hospitality. The breakfast was some of the best I've ever had. Great place to stay, you won't be disappointed!!!

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was great, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is hard to beat. It is located in the quiet countryside, just a short drive to all the great stores and markets. We will definitely be back.

Gene and Michelle are kind and generous innkeepers and staff are professional. The barn is such a beautiful atmosphere and we will continue to return!

Super nice B&B! The rooms were well appointed, and comfortable, with a back door to a super outdoor balcony. The hosts were very accommodating, and fun. The breakfasts were delicious, and very unique. Will be back.

From the moment you arrive, Gene and Michelle treat you like family! The place is beautifully decorated; our room was very nice; and the food was really good! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

It was the best B&B I've ever stayed in! The bed was soft and comfy, the sheets were soft, the towels were fluffy, the homemade snickerdoodle cookies were awesome, and breakfast was yummy. I mean, I could go on and on about this place! I'm sure it also helped that it rained all night the night we stayed and we got such great sleep, waking up rested and relaxed! It was an interesting drive to get out there, and by interesting I mean crazy hills, dirt roads and horses and buggies but that's being in Amish country! I can't recommend this B&B enough, the staff were amazingly friendly and sweet as well! Such an awesome place!!

My husband and I just stayed at The Barn Inn Bed and Breakfast for the first time. We had never been to a bed and breakfast before. It was an amazing experience. We absolutely loved our stay. The inn keepers are the nicest and the atmosphere was like walking into a Hallmark movie. From the sweet girl Emma at check in to the beautiful atmosphere. You will love the breakfast, I am not a morning person and would get up early every morning for the food we were served. You will truly never want to leave.

We so enjoy our visits to the Barn Inn Bed and Breakfast. It is a beautiful place to stay and the breakfasts are delicious! The owners make you feel very welcome and comfortable! We love the quiet atmosphere and the decor of the whole establishment! It is especially beautiful at Christmas time. We highly recommend for your first or next trip to Amish country!

Spent the night to go to the dandelion Festival this is been the third time we've stayed at the barn and will not be the last service was fantastic cleanliness of the room cleanliness of the property location very good the new owners have kept up the tradition very well thank you

Wishing I could have stayed forever. Receptionist (I unfortunately didn't catch her name) as well as the owners were so pleasant! Breakfast was amazing! Our room was beautiful and even had a little some special for my birthday! The location was a very short drive right into town where we enjoyed great food and culture, As well as a hike to a little waterfall. The goats and cat on the property were a bonus I did not know I needed!!

Gene and Michelle are excellent hosts. We stayed in the Renaissance room and love it. Breakfast was served in a large cozy open common room and were always unique and delicious. We booked again for next October to become truly Barned Again. Thanks Gene and Michelle

I had a very lovely time staying at The Barn Inn. After my visit I feel 100% more relaxed and peaceful then when I arrived. Everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I stayed in The Rose Garden room which was gorgeous and very comfortable. The jet tub was amazing. It is very quiet and serene at night and I never heard the other guests during my stay. I appreciate the owners taking my rice allergy into consideration and making sure that I was able to eat one of their delicious breakfasts every morning. The breakfasts were very fulfilling to the point where I wasn’t hungry again until about 3pm which was perfect for when I was out enjoying nature and different attractions in Amish Country. Gene and Michelle’s recommendations in the area helped me have fun and find very unique and cool things to do. I have traveled to many different places domestic and internationally and I can say with absolute certainty that the Barn Inn is definitely in my top three favorite places I have stayed. Everything here has been created for comfort and relaxation and I loved it.

Came upon this place online and I’m so glad we did. We couldn’t have asked for a better and more relaxing place to stay for our anniversary. Gene and Michelle are such wonderful hosts and make you feel right at home. The staff is also super friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the grounds and building are beautiful, think Hallmark movies (if you know, you know) :) We also made some new friends with some of the other guests who were just as friendly, and made friends with the grounds cat who came to see us every day. Definitely a place we plan on going back to.
