The Inn at Honey Run is a picturesque and serene retreat for those who wish to get away from it all while still enjoying luxury and comfort.

If you enjoy a unique experience, the honeycomb suites situated a short drive from the inn are hobbit-like dwellings built into the earth and come with private patios so you can look over the perfectly manicured landscape.

After check in, the Inn also invites their guests for a complimentary drink and appetizer in their lounge before their restaurant, Tarragon, opens. Dinner at Tarragon is a fine dining experience you won’t want to miss while visiting the Inn. With a vast selection of food and drink options to please any guest and five star service to make you feel like royalty.

Head back to your room for a nightcap, stop by the fire pit after dinner to enjoy a woodsy experience or say hello to the heard of sheep you pass on the way back to the honeycombs. No matter how you choose to spend your time at Honey Run, you are guaranteed to enjoy your experience.

Property is unique and beautiful. Stayed in the main building in a recently renovated room. Clean and stylishly appointed. The walls were thin and I could hear conversations and laughing. This may not bother everyone but the water is soft. Views of bird feeders from all rooms. Dined at Tarragon one night. Pricey but delicious and excellent service. The trails are wonderful. Some of the exhibits in the open air museum are in disrepair. Close to other attractions.

A wonderful stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday! Quiet rooms, great trails, just a great way to unplug and relax.

My husband surprised me with a trip here for our 5 year anniversary. This was exactly what we needed. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The safe was all so kind. It is a more expensive place to stay but it’s worth it in our opinion. We really enjoyed every minute of being there. The room we stayed in was a ground level honeycomb. We loved the fire place! We went to a dinner and a breakfast at Taragon, the restaurant on the property, and it was delicious! It is more expensive but the service and food make it apparent why. If you’re looking for a getaway this is the place to go. They have some hikes on the property, sheep and an open air art exhibit. They also have a blue Ray library and games you can bring back to your room.

No kids are allowed here which for us, was a great break from our baby for our anniversary. It would have made me sad to see kids and not have her there.

An exceptionally well run retreat from the hustle and bustle. Trails to hike by day and fine dining by night with a friendly and knowledgeable staff well trained in the nuances of hospitality.

Fantastic all around...
It was a pleasure to stay there.
The restaurant was great.
The shower in the room needs updated but otherwise the room was very nice.
Beautiful setting
Enjoyed petting the sheep.

Loved the setting, so peaceful. Bird (and squirrel) feeders everywhere. We walked up the hill to feed the sheep. Our restaurant experience was exceptional. Isiah was our waiter and he was very attentive. The food was delicious. Everyone from the front desk to the woman cleaning rooms was friendly, smiling. It was a very relaxing visit.

This was a nice weekend getaway with my husband. The place, the rooms and the staff where simply amazing. Everyone was helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. This is truly a hidden gem. Hiking trails available, patios, and movies you can borrow to see in your room. It was soooo quiet and peaceful. I hope to come again. If you want to check things nearby go to Rebecca’s Bistro for either breakfast or lunch it’s so worth it and for ice cream check out Millers Creamery. This was a trip to disconnect and reconnect, it’s pricey but worth every cent.

You will not find a nice hotel getaway in Ohio. Great attention to detail, and nice staff. It is a very nice high-end restaurant with great food. It is incredibly quiet. You are sure to sleep in at least once during your stay. Take a night hike and use the night vision goggles. I that that was cool. If you're not into that, then enjoy a drink at their firepit or enjoy the game room.

This place was amazing! The wife and I went here at the beginning of October and stayed in the honeycomb suite. We had our own private balcony that we could sit outside and watch the stars! I forgot how many stars there were since I live in the city. We were able to see out into the country side with nothing but nature and see all the tree leaves changing.

While sitting outside one night using night vision goggles, (which they provided upon request!) to see more stars and try to catch sight of some owls (I did not), one of the cats that work at the inn came up to us. He was so polite and only came up to us when we called to him, but that's when he decided to keep me hostage and I couldn't go inside! He just slept on my lap! It was the best hour of night watching I've ever done.

This place is a great location and within 30 minutes of pretty much anywhere in amish country so you can plan anything and not be inconvenienced because of distance. They also have these walking trails that are beautiful and not for people who don't go on walks/hikes like the wife and I do occasionally. But I do recommend them! The outside art peices are so beautiful!

If you don't want to go anywhere all day that's fine too! They have a restaurant that you can walk to, for breakfast and dinner. You might need to make reservations but it is worth it! Each meal was so good! The review for that I'll have to write separate for the Taragon so you can go there to read it!

All in all, me and the wife are going again. The first night there after tearing up when I saw the night sky, we agreed we will go again.

Stayed for a weekend with my husband. We loved every moment. Rooms were clean, relaxing walks on trails to watch the sunrise, breakfast in the room, buggy ride, and night by the fire pit. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed a night at the club level honeycomb suite for our baby moon! It was beautiful! Very quiet & relaxing. We did a little hiking on the grounds. Did some shopping in town and ordered breakfast that was brought to the room. The food is delicious! I highly recommend staying here and enjoying a night or a few away just to relax! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed here on a little weekend getaway. The property is very secluded and quiet. There is currently some storm damage, including lots of downed trees, but it still has gorgeous scenery. The architecture of the buildings is stunning, with its Frank Lloyd Wright inspiration. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were fantastic. Very laid back atmosphere. We took a walk to see the beehives and feed the sheep. It was a different and relaxing experience!

This place was exactly what we were looking for, and all of our expectations were exceeded. The staff was friendly, our honeycomb was beautiful and clean, and the food was spectacular. We had the preferred club level experience, so we enjoyed happy hour on Friday and Saturday, and the small plates were delicious, especially the baked brie. We had dinner at Tarragon both evenings, and it was worth every penny. The clams, bratwurst, lamb shank, walleye, and steak were all favorites. We also enjoyed 4 of the 5 desserts, and the carrot cake and cheesecake were our favorites. We also had the breakfast ordered at the time of our reservation to be delivered Saturday morning, and it arrived hot and was really delicious. We did a couple of the trails during our stay, and if it hadn't been around 90°, we might have done more. We enjoyed both though. The Open Air Art Museum especially. Our only problem with our stay was that it wasn't long enough. That's an issue we intend to fix the next time we go, because we will definitely be back!

Beautiful place! We stayed in the honeycombs (preferred)for are honeymoon, which were well worth the upgrade! So quiet and the room and private patio were stunning! We walked the trails, feed the sheep, and ate at their restaurant Tarragon for dinner (fantastic). Breakfast was delivered to our room and was beyond expectations! We loved that it is adult only (and mostly couples). Very clean, staff were wonderful, quiet, it is on the more expensive side but well worth it! Will definitely be returning!

What a lovely little spot for a quick getaway. I don’t have enough words for how much I loved this place. We came for 1 night as a little getaway from Columbus. All of the touches around the inn are so thoughtful - from the bird feeders, the deck where you can grab a glass of wine and relax, the walking trails, the sheep barn with feed that you can feed the sheep, all of the little indoor decorating details. Not to mention the restaurant - we ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and all of the food was absolutely amazing. DO NOT MISS OUT ON THE MUSHROOM SOUP. I need more of this soup in my life. Really you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, everything we tried was above and beyond delicious. Also the inside of the building is just impeccable. I would give this place 6 stars if I could.

This could be the most relaxing stay we have ever had. The honeycomb rooms are private, quiet and offer all the modern amenities. Waking up and having coffee on our private patio among birds and butterflies is the perfect way to start the morning. Don’t miss the restaurant. We had planned on dinner one night in a neighboring town but dinner was so good we had all our meals here. The food was exceptional. Don’t miss the art trail hike. This inn is ideally located to enjoy the surrounding small towns but beware..once here you will not want to leave

Awesome experience, Becky and Jeff were exceptional!! My girlfriend has a disability and I didn't call ahead and confirm the room was handicap accessible. When we arrived the room was upsteps. Becky and Jeff worked so hard and were able to accommodate us with a beautiful room with a great view. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was to our liking. You don't receive this type of service everywhere and we were very greatful for finding us alternate accommodations on very short notice. Truthfully, this resort needs to be a 5 star resort in my opinion and is grossly under rated. I highly recommend this resort for your rest and relaxation or special event.

This place is incredible . We travel a lot and we are use to spending money on high end dining and accommodations. Stayed in the honeycomb rooms , they are awesome, look exactly like the pictures online . Everything was very clean , very well cared for. Only downside was the Restaurant was only seating looks like 3 tables at a time due to short staffing , so we had to do room service. And they don’t serve alcohol on Sunday night anyhow. So we had drinks and room service in the room . Let me tell you the food was tremendous! Excellent quality and creatively prepared . Worth every penny .

It might be a bit off the beaten path but it's worth it. It'd peaceful and serene while being upscale and decadent.

Rooms are huge and luxurious (we stayed in the Honeycomb section). Plenty of room to relax and unwind.

Getting drinks and small plates included with the room was a really nice touch.

Pro tip - get dinner reservations unless you want room service. The dining room fills up fast!
