Holiday Inn Express & Suites Millersburg, an IHG Hotel

Where to begin? The rooms were outstanding with a hot and fresh breakfast and the manger and staff was a true blessing even tho my team fell short of their standards they worked with me and my crew to better them as well as their hotel. Shout out to Jangie for being an amazing leader and working with my team. They also do take CLC for the ones who use it. Overall 10/10 will definitely come back if I’m working here again.

Good location for mlbg or Berlin travel. Very clean facility, employees were accommodating to our needs. Pool is only 3-4.5 feet but was perfect for me bc I stayed with four small children. Breakfast buffet had many good options. Every kid found something they liked! We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it if you need a place to stay when traveling to Amish country.

This was the best holiday inn express I have ever stayed at. I usually stay at holiday Inns on business. It for being 5 years old it looked brand new. The rooms were clean and the hotel had a great workout room. It was close to downtown and close to Resterant’s. The staff was super friendly and really puts a lot of effort into keeping the hotel clean and look g great. I will stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for the 2024 eclipse! Room was nice. Breakfast was very good for a hotel. No complaints. Would stay again.

We stayed here 4 years ago and are just as pleased this trip. The people are very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings and since it was available 6am-10am there was no trouble getting something to eat

By far one of the nicest hotels! Everything was exceptional! Super clean, delicious breakfast, nice pool, comfortable bed and rooms, good parking, nice firepit, close to town, and staff were so nice. You can tell they love their jobs and go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. We will definitely be staying here more often!

Josh, at the front desk was absolutely awesome and professional. This has been the best experience I've had at a hotel. Everything was so clean. They absolutely clean his hotel I've ever been to and I average 23 days out of the month in hotels. What an experience and the breakfast was great. Western omelette just everything very good. Clean .the bacon was cooked perfect. Free washer and dryer. Very clean swimming pool. Just everything.. Definitely my new go-to when I come down here to millersburg 👍🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽❤

Me and my wife stayed the weekend and everything was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Ray was a delight to talk with and was very helpful with any need we had. Location was nice and area was quiet . Breakfast was pretty tasty as well

The room was clean and fit my family of 6 comfortably. The pool is clean and fun for the entire family. The staff is super friendly and price is very reasonable. This hotel is an easy drive to area attractions. The complimentary breakfast is amazing! My kids could not stop talking about how much they enjoyed breakfast!

After dealing with an insane amount of headache from the neighboring hotel, we decided to stay here and we couldn't have been more happy with our stay. The lady who checked us in did everything she could to be as nice as possible. Our room was very clean, up to date and comfortable. The amenities were very nice and even the shampoo and soap provided were better than most places we've stayed. We were in town for a funeral, and we had some family members stop by in the morning and the staff went out of their way to offer our family members breakfast at the buffet. The service here is above and beyond fantastic and we would recommend if staying in Millersburg, you check in here.

Great hotel! Would definitely stay here again! Super clean rooms, great pool, wonderful breakfast buffet. Loved the soaps and shampoo/conditioner in the rooms!

Spent 2 nights here and it was the Cleanest Hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and polite. There is a fenced in patio with a fireplace where we met some great people!

Husband & I stayed here for a weekend getaway!! The hotel lobby was extremely clean. The room was clean as well & very roomy!! Continental breakfast was amazing!! The staff was very friendly & made our stay better than we could have imagined!! Great job to the staff!!

Staff was friendly. Room was very nice. They were very clean. Beds were comfortable. The only thing was we found some long dark hairs on the bed cover and on a towel. I'm assuming the cleaning lady has long hair. We liked how they have glass door showers and NO shower curtains. The bathrooms were big and not cramped right beside the toilet. Plenty of room. The only thing was you could hear almost everything from the other rooms. People above us sounded like a circus for about 4 hours straight. So not much sleep. I would stay there again though!! Easy to find.

Hotel is still pretty new, so everything is clean and modern. We had a queen room (2 beds) which was plenty of space for my family of 4. Microwave, fridge and coffee pot were perfect since we stayed the entire weekend. Bathroom has great space, especially the counter and sink were in there as well. I wish there was a fan and hair dryer in the bathroom, but we were okay without. Pool was very clean and warm. Only 10 guests at a time in there, and there was no issues. We had a great weekend, and we would definitely come back to this specific location. We definitely recommend if you are planning to stay in Millersburg!

This is one of the best Holiday Inn Express’ with an awesome staff. One of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in. We had a large suite. Comfortable clean room. Decent lighting and outlet placement. Shower, no tub which works for us. Pool open. Inviting lobby. Complementary laundry facilities (you supply your own detergent). Better than most breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean! The pool area and gym were also in great condition. The staff member that worked there the day we arrived was so kind. We took our daughter to the pool to swim but they could only let 10 people in at a time so he turned us away but told us he could call us when people leave and he did exactly that. He didn’t have to do that but he did and we greatly appreciated it. We definitely will come stay again for future weekend getaways! :)
