Amish Country Inn

Larry and Sue were the most gracious hosts we have ever had at a bed and breakfast. This is a smaller bed and breakfast, which allows one to have the most pleasant experience ever. The place was spotless, and the rooms large with numerous small details to make it feel like home. The breakfasts were to die for (loved Larry’s fried potatoes and Sue’s stuffed French toast!) and I enjoyed spending time with Sue, Larry and the other 4 guests. I could talk to Sue for hours! We came as 2 people to stay at a b&b while in Amish country, and left feeling like family. Highly recommended if you are in the area...we will definitely go back!

The Amish Country Inn is a beautiful and quaint bed and breakfast located in close proximity to downtown Millersburg, Ohio. The owners, Sue and Larry, exceeded our expectations. They are so kind, attentive, and gracious--we immediately felt so welcomed. The house is very well-kept and each room is pristine; we truly admired the details they put forth in making our stay so comfortable. They even surprised us with warm baked cookies!

My husband and I stayed in their French Country room. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated, with a fireplace, a balcony overlooking the property, a walk-in closet, a sitting room to watch television, a comfortable king-sized bed, and a large bathroom with both a jacuzzi tub and shower. Everything is very clean and well-maintained - we felt right at home, and it was the perfect setting for a quiet weekend away.

Larry and Sue are one-of-a-kind hosts with huge hearts, and their hospitality is incredible. We woke up to an amazing home-cooked breakfast - and everything was so delicious. We really enjoyed talking with them, and they truly made our anniversary weekend so special. They invite you in as guests, and then, you really do leave as friends! :)

We highly recommend this lodging and look forward to coming back!

Fantastic stay! Larry and Sue are great hosts. Breakfast was amazing. Such a clean beautiful place, so quiet and relaxing. Much more than just a room, it's an experience and a blessing.

This is a "one of a kind" place to stay! This place is spotless clean and is a very relaxing place to stay! Each room has a very comfortable King size bed as well as a Jacuzzi tub, shower & walk-in closet! In the morning you will awake to the aroma of a genuine home cooked breakfast! The hosts (Larry & Sue) are definitely 5 Star hosts! Thank you Larry & Sue!

This place is great! They are so sweet and down to earth. The bed and breakfast is beautiful and clean. Very peaceful setting. The food is great and they make you feel right at home. We discovered that we had stayed at another b&b that Sue and Larry owned 24 years ago. We will be back.

My wife and I had a wonderfully blessed stay at this beautiful B&B! Larry and Sue were sweet and loving hosts! We needed some down time from our busy lives and we definitely received it here! We will be back and we will be recommending this place to all of our loved ones!

Amish Country Inn is BEYOND A "5" rating. On our first try, Linda and I stumbled upon "The BEST" Bed & Breakfast! If you have been reading any of my write-ups you will know that I GIVE GOD THE GLORY for meeting this lovely couple! Speaking to Larry and Sue, my message complimented them for "setting the bar up high"!

Sleep in the French Quarter like we enjoyed. Right down to the accoutrements thoughtfully placed within the double-room and bath, everything speaks of "Be at Peace. Take in the ambiance of luxury, and the quiet to reflect on each other."

From the Amish-made king-sized mattress and sleigh bed, to the electric fireplace with multiple remote-electronic display (and that will warm the bedroom). So unfold the Amish quilt in the closet!

The living room has a sofa (may be a pull-out bed; I did not check) and a flat screen tv with Spectrum. But, leave the tv off! No iPad use. turn your cellphone to silent. Go sit on the balcony outside your room. Maybe bring white robes for sitting there after using the Jacuzzi? But, get acquainted with each other in a refreshing retreat setting - overlooking the edge of a golf course and clubhouse - with no effect on you!

Now, the breakfast was at 8:30 am. Lounge pants are acceptable. We dressed comfy street clothing....Larry cooked up very tasty sausage and huge hash browns more like a Potato Casserole. Sue prepared French Toast and scrambled eggs with room for seconds! And, orange juice, coffee for me and Larry. Sue and Larry sat with us which was a PLUS to get to know them. What a heritage they have! We found things in common - even Larry's hometown.

The Millers are a caring, genuine, Christian couple who run a beautiful, clean B&B with great rooms, bathrooms, game/reading area and wonderful breakfasts!

This home is warm, cozy, friendly and very homey. Our hosts were very nice Christians.
