Cancun Mexican Restaurant Ottawa

My family and I dined here after Christmas in the town where my niece works. The food was delicious, and my niece got to meet a famous actor who was visiting! Definitely an unforgettable experience!

My group was seated quickly and the service was excellent. The wait staff was friendly and the food was excellent.

NOTE: They do have cilantro in their salsa, but it wasn't particularly overpowering like some other Mexican restaurants. Cilantro tastes like soap to me, so if you have that gene as well, you have been warned. :)

I will be sure to stop by here again if I'm in the area.

Great friendly service first time here from out of town with friends prices are very reasonable food selection is quite impressive food tasted very good great fresh ingredients highly recommend this establishment. Will definitely be back!

Love this place! I stop whenever I'm in town for work, and I have never been disappointed.

I absolutely love the refried beans which is how I judge Mexican food places. I am from a heavily Hispanic area and am pretty picky about my Mexican food.

Food is always good. We have never had anything we do not like. I tried the chicken chipotle, just enough spice. Husband got the Juan special, his normal and both were fabulous as always

First time going here cause we were tired of the same old same old. Our regular Mexican place has raised their prices and dropped quality, so we drove by and decided to stop. Let me start by saying that whatever I had thought this was going to be was not even close to what we received. We ordered the fajitas for two and while we waited had chips and salsa. Salsa was good, a little bit of spice but a nice even amount to please a family, from kids to adults. Our order came out very quickly, we didn't even get to eat more than half our chips. Now on the menu I didn't remember pineapple being on the ingredient list; it was supposed to be chicken, beef, shrimp, chorizo, peppers, onions, and tomato, but there it was, grilled pineapple. All I can say is wow, absolutely delicious. Portions were great, price was awesome, service was on point. Guacamole was amazing and I am picky about that. If you are near Ottawa and are hungry, get there. It's been awhile since I felt like I got more than I paid for.

First time here and couldn't be more pleased! I'm not a big Mexican food fan so when I say "It's the best I have ever had" it must be pretty darn good! Margaritas were awesome too!! Staff was efficient and super friendly. Will definitely return and highly recommend!

We were in town for a quick trip and decided to get Mexican. Quickly seated at 2pm. Salsa had a bit of a kick but not too much. Food was served hot and correct even with a few changes. All was really good and we'll be sure to stop back when back in town.
