I decided to try Kelsey Elizabeth Cakes for my daughters Birthdays because we were looking for something different , I ordered the sugar cookie cake and a ruffle cake , both cakes were so
I beautiful I actually felt emotional when I saw them! They tasted great too! The cakes cost more than I would usually spend but we’re worth every penny! The staff was extremely nice from the time I ordered until I picked up! The Avon Lake location has earned my loyalty from here on out!!! Thank you so much!

The Napoleon cupcake was PHENOMENAL. So very delicious & I loved the strawberry preserves/fudge in the center. Love the macarons too. Special shout-out to JEWEL ✨ she is such legend! Everyone in CLE needs to make a trip to KEC 😜🧁

The Macaron's are some if the best that I've ever had, and they always have a different variety when I come in, they make these delicious cookie sandwiches too and butterfinger rice crispy treats, and it isn't too expensive either, me and my wife usually spend 50 dollars but we always walk out with a lot and we are never ever disappointed, the customer service is also amazing and if you haven't tried this place you are missing out completely.

We ordered a small cake for our wedding and it was beautiful!! The colors I mentioned to them were worked in perfectly and the red velvet was delicious. It was packaged nicely and felt super secure, plus a small cake fit in our hotel refrigerator so that was a relief with transporting around. I'd definitely use them again for a small affair!

Stopped by the Rocky River store today. Just passing and saw the macarons on the sign. Had to stop because my 11 year old daughter is reading macorons at midnight. The ladies were very nice, the place was neatly decorated, and my daughter loved the macarons.

I ordered cupcakes from Kelsey Elizabeth's for my baby shower. I got strawberry, banana cream pie, and cinnamon roll. ALL 3 flavors were SO good! The cupcakes were GONE before any of the other food! A little too much frosting for me personally but I'm not really a fan of sweets in the first place. But these cupcakes were so good and the girls at the counter were super friendly! Loved the experience AND the food! Can't wait to try the fall flavors! I'm DEFINITELY ordering pumpkin roll and caramel apple ones for my birthday in October! Only thing I could "constructively criticize" would be you need more cookie cutters for fondant! But that's about the ONLY thing I could say negatively about this place. Absolutely loved it!

My husband stopped in for a birthday cake on the way to my birthday dinner. He didn’t place an order in advance and there was only one little cake left. It had a blue drip down the side and cookies on top. My first thought was disappointment as the cake seemed great for a child’s birthday but not necessarily for someone with many decades behind her. I’m happy to say I was so wrong. The cake was delicious. A white layer above a chocolate layer with a cookies and cream (?) frosting between the layers. I really love cookies and I guess if the blue were a chocolate drip I would have loved it right away. If you are fortunate enough to get a Kelsey Elizabeth cake, don’t be afraid of the blue drip. I just learned this cake is called the Cookie Monster and it describes me perfectly! I highly recommend it.

These are the best macaroons i have EVERRRR had! They were so soft and full of flavor! I’m usually not a fan of macaroons, but these were so delicious I know i’ll be back again! We also ordered the confetti cookie and a regular cookie and they were so moist and delicious! 10/10 would recommend, the establishment was very clean and organized as well!

I would recommend Kelsey Elizabeth Cakes to anyone. There icing was amazing and cupcakes where moised and delicious!

Made a recent visit for the 1st time to Kelsey Elizabeth Cakes at Avon Flagship. The place smells delicious when you walk in and the staff is not only super nice but very welcoming! The macarons are the best macarons I have ever had so far!! The triple chocolate and cherry almond sickles are very good too. My family and I plan to come back soon, especially during the holidays. Kelsey Elizabeth Cakes is worth the visit!!

My husband and I recently visited the Avon Lake location and I will not be back to this location. The worker put on a fake smile and acted as if she did not want to serve us. I told the worker it was our wedding anniversary and we wanted to celebrate and she acted a bit rude. I do believe she was at the Avon Flagstrip location when I first visited. We are people of color and if this worker does not want to serve non-white people, then maybe she shouldn't work there. I will be going to the Flagstrip location because the workers are much more nicer. Overall our goodies were delicious!!

Fresh and delicious cupcakes, so pretty and something for all tastes! Assortment of macarons are so classy and special inside and out. I ordered ahead and everything was ready on time and packaged beautifully. Your store is like a perfect pink wonderland!

We had KEC provide cookies for my bridal shower and provide the cake for my wedding. The cookies were just normal decorative sugar cookies, but they tasted amazing! They were soft and melted in your mouth! They were a big hit as favors for the shower as many people ate them on the spot and were raving about them! For the wedding cake we ordered a vanilla naked cake with raspberry filling and folded in fresh raspberries and vanilla frosting on the outside. Let me tell you - this was the best cake I've ever had. EVER! It was so delicious... it wasn't too rich or too sweet, it was the perfect balance. All the guests raved about the cake as well with endless compliments. I will definitely be ordering from KEC in the future for all my special occasions + dropping by to pick up some goodies since both stores are always stocked with yummy items!

Not sure about the other reviews regarding poor customer service, but my 1st experience was perfect. Nicely greeted right when I walked in. Customer in front was being tended to, but the lady at a side desk immediately jumped up and took my order. A little pricey, honestly, but my selection had perfectly married flavors and presentations. And I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Looking forward to trying some...since my crew ate them all before I got any! What the??!!

I’m an absolute fan of the white chocolate Oreo cupcake.

I just read these reviews and honestly My mother in law and I were laughing at how ridiculous the negative reviews were. These cakes are by far the best cakes hands down ever. She always gets them for showers in the family and everyone is amazed and asks where they are from. I am a big baker myself and never in my life could I make a cake that could compare. Maybe the girls aren’t friendly because they are busy making the best cakes ever.

Great customer service and the treats are always delicious! Also, they always have the cutest accessories!

LOVE LOVE LOVE, this place is delicious! Got my wedding cake from here ordered it with thinking I was going to pick it up, called the day before and asked if they could deliver and they did!! The white raspberry was phenomenal. Go here whenever we have a large get together and need some fun deserts!

I emailed Kelsey Elizabeth with a short-notice request for cupcakes. I had never heard of this bakery before, but was impressed by the pictures on their website. I got a prompt email response saying they would gladly honor my request. We picked up our cupcakes and could hardly wait to devour them! Not only did they look beautiful, but they tasted even better! Thank you so much for literally putting the icing on our graduation party!

The best cupcakes and macaroons around. Not a birthday goes by at Waterford Apartments that we don’t stop and pick up some sweet treats to celebrate. We will be there tomorrow to pick up some cupcakes and celebrate!!!! Thank you for bringing bliss to our lives!! Julie & Millie
