Not only did these guys go above and beyond by price matching a battery for me so I wouldn't have to pay over $200 to replace my battery, but James the manager took the time to come out himself and install my battery. Got me back on the road in no time flat!!! The Manchester road AutoZone is a great place with really nice employees!!! This will be my regular AutoZone from now on!!! Thank you once again James and your crew for helping me out with my battery!!!

Staff were incredibly helpful and really went out of their way to help me replace a headlight bulb that was a pain to get to.

I really appreciate the services at AutoZone. The manager Travis does an excellent job explaining any questions and that was very important to me because I'm a beginner at learning about cars. Also the other managers help with patience and make sure you receive the right products tailored to your car needs. Always have just what I need for my car.

Store manager James very knowledgeable. Came out to car to assist replacement of bulbs, was able to remove and get clips back in not able to tell ever touched. He checked few things on car and was very helpful. Definitely go here!!

I thoroughly enjoy walking into this store, knowing that there will be a smiling face (Travis), greeting me as I enter. He upholds the entire staff with his knowledge and exceptional customer service. If it weren't for him, I would more than likely go out of my way to go to another store. The world needs more Travises!!!

I stopped by autozone to see if they would install my headlight, because oreilly would not put it in they said it was something a shop would have to do. James came out to my car and looked at it for a few seconds and immediately said he could do it. He fixed it in no time! Best customer service I’ve ever experienced and you guys now have me as a customer for life

They are good for getting the right parts the first time, they offer help or advise for free. And if you have a rewards card you'll get great discounts. Unfortunately when need parts for my GTP, they have to order it, but I get that everywhere.

Came into the nearest autozone when both my check engine and oil light came on. The guys there were super helpful and kind. I told them my oil was changed not even two weeks ago and had to buy 4 quarts to fill it up but my check engine light was still on. They helped me run diagnostics and gave me their thoughts as they had a mechanic there. Realistic advice and comments were given. I was able to move my car to have it towed.

I got much needed help replacing head light wiring and other misc stuff needed for my car. Associate name was Michael and just wanted to let them know he was extremely nice and attentive. He helped out a lot and was very knowledgeable about my car. I really appreciated his great service.

Auto Zone ordered a new mirror for passenger side and when I picked it up was approached by a gentleman who installed the new glass and recommended some buffing lotion for getting out smudges on the paint. His name was Danny and he was friendly and very helpful. Auto Zone is the place to go!

Brian H was so helpful and so kind. I loved hearing how him and his dad built cars together. He deserves his own store!

My experience at AutoZone today was extremely positive and helpful. AutoZone employee Travis was friendly, polite, and professional. Travis assisted me in purchasing a new battery for my vehicle which included removing the old battery and installing the new one.

I've been coming to the auozone for years and i came in a few times over the past month for some quick stuff. I walked in kinda close to closing the other day and shouted at the guy while walking back to the engine oul seciton" i need to double check what oil i need in my 14 forester" and he said " i got you" and quickly gave me the answer i needed, i was in and out in what felt like 3 mins. No pushing me out the door becuase they wanted to go home or anything. I will come back again for sure for years to come. Keep up the great customer service guys!!

It is what it is. Their prices aren't the greatest, but every time I go here I feel the staff is genuinely trying to help me. Whether more I pay for parts, it's totally worth it to support this great customer service.
The staff has always been able to give me the right answers even if the had to call another store to do so.

Always have what I need at a very reasonable price and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend.
