Came in for a speeding ticket, staff was very friendly and informative, def recommend speeding here

Saw the judge today for disorderly conduct. Judge Hemmeter was a comfort, extremely pleasant, very fair to everyone as I sat waiting hearing other cases. The staff was very polite as well added a very cute officer whom I'd I'd simply plead guilty simply looking at but all jokes aside I've heard of judges being not as nice at least for this particular one not true !

Without a doubt - The nicest and most pleasant & helpful court staff, I've ever dealt with. The bailiff and prosecutor were incredibly helpful and friendly. The clerks office was quick and also friendly. I don't know that anyone enjoys going to court, but if you must - this is the place to end up.

I came here to pay a ticket and they didn't even have my information. They had to call the police officer who wrote me the ticket to get the information so I could pay the ticket. Was there for a long time and the whole time I was wondering if I didn't show up to pay the ticket would they have even known? Was I even in their system? 5 star experience.

Easy in easy out people are friendly I came in 8.15 and out by 8.35

If you want to plead not guilty - good luck. It doesn’t make any sense bc the judge won’t even listen to you and won’t let you to speak out. They only count on officers reports and then the court will order costs for the highest degree charge. The judge’s arrogant look and insults towards the defendant are guaranteed. But to be honest, other court stuff were very professional and nice.

Don't get in trouble in Delaware

So I went to court the other day to try and get a payment plan set up to keep them from putting a block on my license. I literally owed them over 1500 dollars and paid it all off other than $340 and basically the judge looked at me and a nice way and told me to f off didn't matter if I had a family or if I had to get back and forth to work I had to pay that money to be able to keep driving to work! Hard justice system is so screwed up anymore when they literally take out of kids mouths and pretty much make it to where a man cannot get back and forth to work to even pay his fines! Have not been in any trouble since 2012 there but that doesn't matter to them all they care about is money money money and I think that it's really pathetic I gave them their money. It took out of my family's mouth and mine but we will be fine because God's got our backs Ashford Delaware I will never have anything nice to say about them ever again

High court costs and nothing but frustration trying to get help or information. Avoid at all costs.

They are crazy. Unreasonable judges, never met a decent cop (resident of 2 years), and they people at the courts all are rude and negative people. Blows my mind that this county call that a "justice" system. Truly changed my thoughts and opened up my eyes how much they can do to ruin someone's life. Do not get caught doing anything in this city (don't come thru this city they will get you with whatever and get away with it with smiles on there face!)

I have a dam ticket I have to pay I got the ticket but I think it's stupid that I can not pay it online. And all they do is give me the run around guess I will be calling someone different tomorrow stupidest place to drive through.

Didn’t know I had to pay my ticket by or before my court date…check was two days late because I thought I had 30 days to pay. Now I have to pay another $10 for a late fee…total BS
