This place will not disappoint! We MUST come here every year when we are in for the NCSAA Basketball Tournament in Mt. Vernon. The flavors and the portions are just right to satisfy your pizza craving. We got the Maui Wowie pizza. The crust was perfect and the flavors were excellent - left us wanting more! The appetizer, Carne de Papa is a must - such a healthy option that serves enough to serve as your meal instead of an appetizer

So I really appreciate what this pizza place is trying to be. I was excited by the menu when I saw it. Everytime I go to a new pizza place I get my usual jalapeno, green pepper, and onion. It needed more cheese, sauce, jalapeno, green pepper, and onion. All the flavor was there though if there had been a bit more of it all. I also trued the Bianca pizza and that was actually amazing. There could be some improvements but I'll definitely stop in again if I ever come back to this town.

Food was delicious! Pizza had the right amount of crackery crunch and toasty flavor from the fire, it was amazing!

Enjoyed the live music, the service was great, and the food was great. Loved their own Italian dressing recipe, even took a pint home. Very creative menu, my only complaint would be, the menu needs word definition key! But the place is great if you love Italian!

My husband and i always stop here whenever we are in town. The food is always delicious, and the service is super quick and very friendly. We almost feel like regulars! This is a must go place. You won't be disappointed.

Picked up carry out, order was ready exactly on time. Pizza was very good - got the Padrona and a pepperoni. Good crust and tasty toppings. The house salad was exceptional. One of the best salads we’ve gotten at a pizza place. Very fresh veggies and delicious house dressing.

Got an amazing spread from Amato's Mount Vernon tonight! If you're into wood fired pizza definitely check them out!

What we got:
-Pepperoni Pizza
-Margherita (with olive oil instead of red sauce and added tomatoes)
-Half just pepperoni and half just bacon
- Pesto Bread
- Piece of regular cheesecake and piece of salted caramel cheesecake

I really liked Amato's...

I have to tell you that there is a lot of room inside the restaurant - the parking lot was full on a Friday night and I was figuring that there was going to be a long wait but I was surprised there was no wait. The service was really good. The good was really good. The decor was really cool. We were glad we stopped in. We started out with the anti-pasto salad.which had this really unique blue cheese dressing which was awesome. I had the lasagna which was a large portion and good. Wifie had the stuffed manicotti which she really enjoyed - this was also a big portion so I ended up finishing it for her. Both meals came with garlic bread which was really good.this place was good and to was a great Friday night experience.

Great food, great staff and always tasty! Recommend some of my favorites: Luciano, Lasagna, Whipped Burrata appetizer and their Makaveli pizza (add mikes hot honey, pro tip!)

Pretty good food. Great service, desert was awesome. Atmosphere really nice and easy-going. Seemed to have a lot of beer choices from all local brewery, so they support smaller businesses. The food was piping hot. My husband got the shrimp jambalaya, and he's talking about it three days later.

Excellent cauliflower crust. Regular crust fantastic as well. Great food! Highly recommend.

Not sure why you are not at this establishment yet. They were very accommodating and the waitresses handled are large party with-out incident. Pizzas, Salads and Wings were excellent, nothing to complain about.

Great place!! Clean, modern, Delicious food, great beer selection!!

3-27-22 Update. Still killing it, great crust and awesome topping selection. And the beer is still on point.

Haven't had the pleasure of dining in, always have done take-out. I get the Oahu, the grilled veggies, sometimes the mushroom pasta. Husband likes a custom pizza like anchovies, jalapeños, and chicken, etc. The crust is cracker-like and yummy, toppings are fresh and tasty, sides are ridiculously delicious.

3 amazing words - wood-fired pizza. In this case @amatoswoodfiredpizza in Delaware Ohio. I ordered a small with mozzarella, onion, green pepper, sausage, pepperoni. A wonderfully thin crust, crispy with all fresh toppings. Definitely a great pizza.

I liked Burrata. I never visited Amatos before so I only know the rebranded place. We did havw to wait a bit before we got seated (or acknowledged) but our server Savannah was very sweet and nice. I liked the food, especially the pretzel bites. The desserts were gigantic and I would prefer smaller ones.
We later ordered a pizza for pickup and it was definitely a win for us. Loved their margarita.

Italian food that is very, very good! Lasagna was amazing, and the personal pizzas are just the right size for teenage boys.

Very good food and service. Good selection of pizzas and other things. Wings were perfectly cooked.
