Due to my work schedule I had to drop my car off after hours. I called beforehand and told them that I was going to do this and they told me where to park and where to find the key drop box and had me tell them what the issue was that I was seeking repair on. They were super friendly and accommodating! I was prepared for a rather pricey bill but it was much lower than I had planned for. 😀 They called me with a price estimate prior to doing any repair. When I dropped my car off it was dark and while getting my keys situated to put in the drop box I lost my house key. I had to break into a window when I got home. They found my house key. This was a great experience. Two thumbs up for Mort's!

I was recommended to Mort's and I am ever so glad. They give everything they do a personal touch and they truly care about their customers. I needed a front end alignment and they welcomed me to sit and wait while the work was done. There are always concerns taking your car to a mechanic these days but not here, they are honest, affordable and caring. They just want to take care of their customers and keep them coming back in the future. Highly recommended mechanic in town!

Mort's Auto Care Center restored our faith in what service should be. We drove to Ohio with two cars to drop our son off at Kenyon College. Two miles outside of campus our son noticed his '11 Jeep Grand Cherokee was overheating with the the temperature gauge suddenly all the way to hot.
He made it on campus. After several phone calls and unloading our son's car we were referred to Mort's Auto Care. Immediately when I spoke to Carrie on the phone, I felt she understood our situation and concerns,. We were only in town for a few days and our son was tied up in football camp. We had the car towed to Mort's with the agreement that they would look at the car the following week. We spoke again after they received the car. Even the AAA driver told us we were in good hands with Mort's. Imagine our surprise on our way out of town when we received a call from Carrie telling us the car was ready. We drove over and spoke with Carrie and Chris. They took their time making sure our sons car was ready and safe. They told us to have him stop by before heading home to Maryland for a quick safety check. The price was beyond reasonable. Our son had his car back on campus before we left. We can't say enough to express our appreciation for their service. They treated our situation just like it was their son or daughter's car. We heard the story about how Mort's came to be. It's rare to find a business like this.

I can't say enough good things about Mort's! Every time I call they are fast to get me in and taken care of. I feel like family here. They never over charge or take advantage of pricing making me feel even more comfortable and safe taking my vehicle there. I tell everyone having car issues to call Mort's!

I was very pleased with the service my mother received from this dealership. One is usually concerned that a car repair service may try to over charge or sell unneeded service. My concerns were laid to rest. This company, while short on the fancy showrooms or sharp eyecatching displays, has an honest and almost caring way of doing business. Mort's realize that it's customers need a car to work, live, and survive, and go out of their way to present options, offer solutions, and make repairs done at their shop quick, inexpensive, and the repairs they have done have (6 + months later) seem to be of high quality. I would advise anyone who is looking for car repairs to come to Mort's.

Just got new tires and went to Mort's Monday am to get it aligned. It was a 2020 Corolla and wasn't pulling or anything. He asked me if it was and I said no. Put it on the Alignment machine and it didn't need alignment. Said " no charge" and pay it forward. Saved me $60.00!

My husband Michael and I have gone to Mort's over the years..we are so glad they are back...he and Maggie run a very reputable business. They have always treated us fairly and done a wonderful job in keeping our cars running and in good shape. Mona

Been going here for 13 years, everyone is so great here. I’m never pressured to fix things that I didn’t bring my car in for. Issues are explained to me clearly and if it’s a must fix now or can wait. First shop I have ever felt comfortable with and don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage.

Quick and reasonable repairs. I've had several things done here. From removing a stripped lug nut, to a power steering cooler. No hidden surprise costs.

Mort's is an awesome shop. They're fairly priced and do great work. As trained a home mechanic, I can say that this is the only shop I trust with my vehicle!!!

Was visiting family from out of town and needed some service work done. Superior customer service. Outstanding work. Honest pricing. If I lived here they would be my gargage.
