Honda of Ottawa

I bought my first motorcycle from Honda of Ottawa this past weekend - I drove all the way from Franklin County to pick it up! Chad was great to work with. He dealt with me over the phone (not all dealers are willing.) The price was fair. He helped me load the bike into my truck and secure it properly. I can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work, and I respect that tremendously. Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about this place.

I spoke with Chad he wasnt pushy and answered my questions like a fellow rider not a salesman.
i was looking at the same exact bike at cycle works of lima and out the door they wanted $9,009.80 for a 2023 honda rebel se.
Chad let me walk out with the same exact bike for $8,438.05 dam near a $600 better deal.
i walked in 10 minutes before closing time but he was more than patient and went out of his way to help me out.
i cant thank him enough!
i got the bike i wanted for an incredible price and his customer service was 10/10.
if you are in the market give this man a call or stop in you wont be disappointed

I have been to several other Hinda motorcycle dealers, and other motorcycle shops recently, but I keep going back to this one for ten years. Its a little far for me, but turns out it is always worth the extra drive. For instance, had a bad balding rear tire on my Silverwing, they were super busy but still suqeezed me in, as it was probably unsafe to drive it away from there that day. Thanks Tammy, Chad and guys in shop. The shop guys have driven every tyoe of motorcycle there is, and really have years and years if practical experience... yesterday I got stranded at a rest area in Piqua, all engines lights came on and lost power every 50 ft, I managed to get to the ramp at a Troy Honda dealer, they were able to do a quick oil change and sent me on my way, but I only made it 5 miles. Then they were closed but I was stranded. So I remembered Chad and Tammy, called him and he immediately knew that I simply had bad voltage due to needing a nee battery, just by my desperate description over the phone! Got the new battery, (that other dealers said would need to be a gel overpriced replacement), I got the exact thing I needed, took it back, and runs like a champ! Thanks a million for saving my day again, Chad! Most knowledgeable guys in Ohio so far. And battery was way cheaoer than everyone else, no charge for diagnostics either iver the phone, I will buy my next bikes from them. (Jeff in Wapakoneta)

Bought my 4 wheeler here back in 2005 had great service back then. Fast forward to today and that same great customer service is still there. Good service, nice professional looking showroom, friendly staff whether on the phone or in person. Called in and asked about getting service on my motorcycle told them I was bringing it in the next day and as soon as I showed up the next day they knew my name and what I was there for. That's a good way to run a service department! Very impressed. Take the drive to Honda Of Ottawa you won't be disappointed.

Sold us a new Honda trail bike over the phone- easy to work with and no surprise fees upon pickup. Helped me drain gas and load it in my van- during a downpour- above and beyond nice to deal with.

Very nice folks in their shop. Only one around for miles. They have some very cool old relic power-sport motorcycles and 4-wheelers on display in the showroom too.

Went into the store with pre-knowledge of what I wanted. The salesperson was willing to work with me on the final out-the-door price which included my trade-in (Suzuki). They stayed over on a Friday evening with me to finalize the sale. Very pleasant experience overall!

Tammy was great as usual...hooked my friend up with a classy new ride and Chad tried to work some magic on my battery, with no luck but the fact I always have such great customer service when I stop in will keep me coming back. Been dealing with these folks for a few years now and tell everyone who asks about my ride this is the place to go. Tammy and her crew have always treat me good no matter what my need is.

Have always done my business with the people here. They make you feel like family. Will always come here to have anything done to any of my motorcycles. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of.

Well yet again the ottowa shop has saves the day. No thanks to the dumbass in lima named Tim. Skip the lima store all they wana do is sell ya parts that should be under warranty. Not only has ottowa saved the day again for me. They have went way out of thier way to make sure i was happy. Even staying late to explain in detail what my issues where. Chad an the crew always go put of thier way to make sure things are right. For example my bearings. Lima honda cyclework charged me to buy bearing. When in reality they were suppose to be under warranty. Tim Allison at the lima store is a ioke. Go to ottowa

Chad and Tammy are always positive and helpful. I like them so much that I come over from Findlay for whatever I might need. I highlyrrecommend them.
