We ordered pizza to go from next door and while we were waiting, decided to explore the popcorn shop! We are glad we did. We bought their Island Drizzle and it was so delicious my husband went back in to buy another larger size to take home. Unfortunately he ordered the Island Mix which is also delicious but not the same as the Island Drizzle I was so looking forward to taking home. 😅

Anyway, they have more than 30 flavors and I wish I lived nearby so I could try them all out. 😋

Prices seem to range from 6.55-$100 from what I could see, depending on what you ordered and what size you wanted.

Clean and inviting store, offers tin containers, nuts, 30+ popcorn flavors! They were proactive with sanitation actions. Great flavors overall!! Workers were friendly and informative!

We were served by a young man who was very nice. We thought the prices were a little high but the popcorn was really delicious.. Totally worth it. We got the Chicago mix and the Bacon and Cheddar and a couple cones of frosted pecans... Which were also great!
The store was clean and they had 3 people serving so the line went really fast.

Staff is helpful, and they emphasize sampling.....because their popcorn is delicious, and they know if you taste it chances are you will buy some. And they are located one block from the Jet Express. On New Year's Eve, a 20 foot Walleye is dropped at midnight in front of their store to celebrate the new year.

Let me tell ya the popcorn was delicious. Big, fluffy, flavorful puffs of popcorn. They let us sample whichever flavors we wanted and they were excited for us to try some of their specialty flavors. We got the mint and dark chocolate drizzle, jalapeno cheddar, and wild walleye! Honestly there are so many flavors be prepared to buy more than one bag! 🍿

Best popcorn ever! The Salt and Vinegar and the Butter Nugget mix were both so amazing! You also have to try a sample of the dill pickle, at the least, if you love pickles! Yum!! Will be back for more in the future!!🙂

🍿LOVE, LOVE, LOVE their popcorn! Wonderful variety of delicious flavors to choose from like; watermelon, jellybean, margarita, dill pickle, cheddar&bacon, and the list goes on and on! The Vanilla Butternut is their best seller and my absolute favorite! Definitely recommend!!

A little pricey but we'll worth the trip. Popcorn flavors are so yummy. Bacon cheddar is my favorite. Love love dark chocolate sea salt

Nice place to try some different flavors. Kind of disappointed that you can only sample 2 flavors per group but at least you can still try some. Really like their buckeye popcorn

The popcorn is honestly pretty amazing, probably the best I have ever had. We got bacon cheddar, buckeye, and butterscotch. All are fantastic, but I am partial to the bacon cheddar-it's incredible. If you've never been there (like I hadn't) it's difficult to know what to get. There is a chalkboard menu on the back wall and the staff is pretty knowledgeable about the flavors...so don't be intimidated to ask. There are a ton to choose from, and I look forward to going back.

My family was greeted warmly by the staff. We were allowed to try as many flavors as we wanted. To be honest this is the best popcorn we have tasted. We finally settled on buying the Island Mix, White Cheddar and Wild Walleye flavors and enjoy them very much. When in the Port Clinton, OH area please stop by Great Lakes Popcorn. You will not be disappointed.

All of the employees wore masks, it was very clean and sanitary, prices were great and the employee that helped us was very sweet and helpful. It was our first time there and we will DEFINITELY be back! Buckeye drizzle popcorn is AMAZING! ❤

This place tastes exactly as it smells; delicious! The Buffalo pop corn is can’t miss, especially if you bring it home and drizzle a little ranch on it.

Traditional and trendy flavors of a favorite snack. Must be seen to be appreciated. Mix and match, or straight up bags are available. Very good choices, and varied selections can be concocted. During football season, OSU has a specific mix available. Some of the larger bags tend to be rather pricey (IMO), yet I found it well worth the trip to see and hear someone so enthused about popcorn.

I would suggest this location if you're as big of a fan of popcorn as I am. There is no shortage of new and interesting flavors available at any one time. Not to mention the different sizes for bags offered. When you visit this location, you'll be greeted by the lovely staff and given serving platter in order to get samples of the available popcorn. At the time I visited, the most popular flavor as suggested by the workers was the vanilla butternut, and I would agree it is very delicious.

Aside from having that, they offer flavors as basic as butter and salt, movie theater butter, and cheddar, to wild flavors like bubblegum, watermelon, and wild walleye(be warned, you'll most likely sneeze from this one). Not only does this location have ready-made popcorn, but they offer popcorn specific salt and popcorn kernels for you to pop at home. For me this was absolutely perfect because I love making fresh popcorn. All of this amounts to a great location that I am more than willing to drive the 1+ hours to visit daily. I would recommend you try everything as that is my only regret looking back on my first visit.

Really easy to talk to the people behind the counter, tell them what you like and dislike, and they always seem to steer you right! They let you try and try and try and are never rude if you don't like something or just leave and buy nothing. But you will buy something, because their popcorn is so unique and amazing!

If you love popcorn, this is the place to visit! Delicious fresh popcorn in various flavors. Reasonable prices. I have never been disappointed! Try the butternut or something that tastes like your favorite fruity cereal...YUM!

My favorite popcorn place in OH.. All kinds of flavors. Plus they will mix flavors to make a unique taste combination. Try the Root Beer and Vanilla Butternut together... It's a root beer float in popcorn form.

If you like popcorn, this is the place for you. Just about any flavor you can think of. A little pricey but worth it. The popcorn will last quite awhile if you can resist eating it in 1 sitting.
