Lowes, especially the one in Wapak, is probably one of my favorite stores to ever visit. I'm not sure if that's the male qualities in me coming out or if it's from the emoyees always greeting customers with a smile or offering a hand anytime they see you.

Got a brand new washer and dryer. Loved the price with free delivery and installation. The guys who came out to my house did an awesome job. The guy who sold us washer and dryer asked us if we wanted the stackable parts and we replied yes. We never got them and had to go back to purchase them. We live 45 minutes away and just spent a pretty penny. He forgot . I will buy my appliances from Lowes but be careful with who sells them to you. They do get commission from my understanding.

Found everything we needed with great customer service. Like this Wapakoneta store better than Lima.

Shout out to James and Dalton for great customer service! James took his time to answer all of my questions and concerns about a trim and go blind for my kitchen window. He was very knowledgeable and caring. Additionally, I was looking for two matching lampshades and could only find one. This is where Dalton came into the picture. These two young men located a second one for me. Great job guys! Your kindness and service made my day! Thank you.

Loaded 55 bags of black mulch on sale for $2 a bag! Helpers loaded it all. Cashier very helpful and friendly. Store well stocked with plants and flowers.

Super friendly and helpful staff here. Helped us pick out our dryer easily without trying to sell us the most expensive or take us out of our budget. Helped us load and sent us on our way. No complaints here!

Friendly and helpful staff. Never had an issue returning something I either didn't like or wasn't working correctly. Basically no questions asked with replacement in hand when I left! They are a dog friendly store too! I absolutely shop here for no reason at all other than to bring my pup along with me! Any employee I have asked a question to or needed assistance finding something has stopped what they were doing and gone above and beyond to help me. This is the kinda store that makes you feel right at home.

Great store. Easy to find. Tyler and Lucy are very good. Outstanding loading over 200 bricks. Tyler is a hard-working farm boy. Lucy was very professional and ran the forklift like a champ. I think Jacob came later to help, he helped me the second day load up more bricks. People like them are why I come back and will always shop this store. Hard to find great young help like these individuals. 🫡

First off i always get good service at the wapak lowes but today i had amaaaazing customer service! First was Regina the cashier up front. So knowledgeable and helpful! Then Logan and Lacy helped us load up an outdoor shed for us. Both very nice and helpful but Lacy was fantastic!!you need more like her! Samuel and Abby came over to help load everything into our truck. Smiling, friendly and being sooo helpful!! I was so struck with how wonderful that they all were that when we came back to get our remaining items ( we couldn't get everything in one trip) that i brought gifts for them! Keep hiring fantastic workers like those mentioned and i will keep coming back! Thank you!!!

When i was a young lad, my father brought me here to buy appliances and supplies for his tinkery. The place has may great products and customer service. I personally enjoy buying paint and watching the people mix it. On one occasion, I was particularly interested on how the paint may actually taste. The liquid looked like chocolate milk and I had assumed that it would taste as such. I took a sip and was amazed by the silky smooth texture. It was the sweet nectar of the gods and I was immediately addicted. I now go to the Lowe's to get my sweet. Most the times I get the chocolate milk, but I also like the cotton candy flavor. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you for opening this magical store and for your time.

Alberto in the plumbing department is very respectable. Willing to go above and beyond for his coustmers. Thanks again for all your help! If you have a problem and need a down to earth kinda guy to help id see him for help!

Had the best experience with Kenna in electronics. She restored my faith that there is still good customer service! Also, we were so surprised at how much was actually in stock and the speed at which they can get it delivered.

I went in to purchase a weed wacker today, and I did not know much about weed wackers. After leaving the store, I feel very knowledgable about weed wackers thanks to Jeff who imparted much of his knowledge from prior landscaping experience on me. I felt very confident in my purchase today. Thanks, Jeff!

The best place on Earth. What can I say? Tools!! What more do you want, plus all that other stuff. Plants, appliances, you know, all that other stuff that's not tools.

Great staff and wonderful service. We recently purchased an entire fence project from Lowe's in Wapak and they made the entire process so easy. We bought it on a Saturday, had it delivered the next Friday and we had return items that were picked up the Tuesday after we installed it. They made the whole process quick and easy when another local big box home store were being difficult to deal with. I will gladly travel 20 miles past our "M" home improvement store to do business with Lowe's in Wapak.

Must wear a mask and shopping is otherwise normal.
Bob and Budd are very very helpful employees. They went above and beyond for us. They will always have our business over the other Lowes in our area. Good job 👍

I really like the pickup lockers at this location. The only thing that bothers me are the large quantity of customers not caring about other people and not wearing masks. So not having to go inside the store to pick up my items is a godsend. Thanks Lowe's for adding pickup lockers!!

Asked where air purifiers were and a salesman pointed to the aisle. I go down there and here he passes me and points ahead there the purifiers are on an end cap. I ask some questions and he helps me answer them by also reading the box and lifting it to a counter where we can see it better. He places it in my cart so the number to scan faces forward for the cashier to scan.
I leave him and look for tissues. I walk towards the check-out and a female associate asks if I need help. She locates the tissues on a top shelf. So helpful those two were as was the cashier.

Keith at the Wapakoneta Ohio store was extremely helpful. He made sure to ask what we needed for a bathroom remodel project and showed us to the products we didn't know we needed. This saved us trips and time and lots of frustration. Thank you Keith!
