Red Wing - Huber Heights, OH

I was very apprehensive about shopping Redwing because I don't have experience wearing safety shoes. When I tell you that my experience was fabulous, it is an understatement. Jessica and I went through a ton of options. After she measured my feet, had me walk across some device, she offered so many options. In all honesty, this was my very best shoe shopping experience ever. From a former stiletto wearing person, I wish the boots were in colors, to coordinate with my wardrobe. The boots are amazing, the service was amazing, and I am excited for my next purchase. Hopefully by then, you will have more colors to appeal to women!

Went in to get some shoes and was encountered with a very pleasant sales lady! She was very helpful and patient and told me which shoes were the best for me from the start, but I was skeptical and wanted to try on many others, and she just helped me with a smile. In the end I bought the ones she told me were the best for me from the start!! I've had them for about 2 weeks and I'm very happy with them and they are very comfy! Thank you Redwing!!

I went in to the Red Wing store because I wanted a new pair of boots and my grandfather always told me to get Red Wings. So I went in and was helped out by Ivory. She showed me which boots would work best for me and help me with the sizing. She had me stand on this platform and it did a computer scan and showed me my size. I ended up with some Tread Lites with a Vibram sole and I absolutely love them!

I work in the Dayton area but don't live here. My local redwing store in Lancaster told me that they couldn't get my favorite pair of shoes anymore. I called Jesse in Huber heights and told her my problem.She found them quickly, so she got me two pairs just in case. She is so nice and very helpful and Huber heights will be my redwing store from now on.

This a great store super nice staff and owner. They keep all you information on file so you don’t have to keep trying shoes or boots on. I called up to make sure they had the boots I wear they looked my information and checked the stock and they had them. Won’t go anywhere else.

Red Wing boots are always the best as expected, but I never thought I would be so impressed with the socks. They are expensive but I have never had any better!! (You get what you pay for)Thank you!

Outstanding customer service. I'm really particular about my work boots, because of the pandemic my usual boot of choice is on backorder, for 3 months or longer. But I need boots! They really went above and beyond to help me find the right pair. Polite, professional, just great attitudes from everyone there. I highly recommend this store.

Spent most of my life earning my living with my feet. No other work shoe will I ever wear than Red Wings.
This store is small, but the staff is polite, attentive, knowledgeable.
Walked out wearing a pair of Irish Setters by Red Wing, to the tune of just under $200.
I'm confident that, once I break them in, they'll keep my feet keeping bread on my table.
Red Wings aren't cheap.
My opinion, worth the price.

An amazing store with a very friendly atmosphere and exceptional customer service. The quality of the made in the USA products that are sold here is unsurpassed. I only make it in to this store once every six to twelve months, and they remember me and my preferences each and every time.
