This pharmacy is the best around Waverly Ohio, when in there they make you feel Welcomed… At last a place that cares , even when you don’t feel your Best…..A True Blessing…

I just transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy. The whole process was fast,easy and they asked if there was any I needed. The pick-up was so easy also.Not like my previous pharmacy that told me my prescriptions were ready but when I got there I had none.

For the most part every thing is OK if you only have a few scripts or don't require any special meds.
But, since I've been home from my hospitalization I have had the absolute worst time.
The worst thing is all the notices by text that say meds are ready that are not and saying that certain meds can't be filled at this time. Have had my sons go to pick up and they were told they had to pay for meds covered by insurance 100%.
Etc., rtc., etc., just a lot of mess. But, then it seems since COVID you can't trust anyone or any company tp keep things straight or handle even the simplest of transactions.
It's just so frustrating when you send someone to kick up meds because you recieved a t3xf saying it is ready anf it is not.
And the app and the website are too confusing to trust anything it says is correct.
If I thought it would make any difference I'd try another pharmacy. But, all if them have problems

I have used CVS for the past 27plus years. Today will be my LAST! I have never had as much trouble I have had with CVS until I was diagnosis with stage for lung cancer 7 months ago and am at the pharmacy frequently... CVS has been horrible with all my needs in this past year! I was totally flabbergasted when I went to get my meds yet again today two of them are supposed to be ready and the person helping me \"Mikaya\" tells me one. \"I say hmmm I called yesterday to fill another. why wasn't it filled or why didn't you call saying it can't be filled? " So, she rolls her eyes (rude) and goes to look it up ... making it quite obvious that it's a problem for her to do so... then she says my insurance won't cover it, I ask why... she says they don't tell her that. bold face lies there. I said \"can you look why they usually always say, and they just paid for all my meds 100 percent\" she then lies again saying they don't say why and rolls her eyes again and asks someone else to look.... I say \"wow you guys don't do anything nice anymore do you? the pharmacist used to help me all the time.\" she finally looks again and says oh it's got to go to mail order now... because it's a maintenance drug. so, lie was proven they do tell you. so, I asked her to call my insurance company because I know they are going to approve this one time as they ALWAYS do, look it up in your system for the last five months you will see I have done this many times. she said they don't do that so, I went home called my insurance company and got them to authorize it. It amazes me that CVS can't seem to do that anymore even though I have proof they called for me many times before. I called CVS spoke to a human (that remembered me since it had only been about 40 minutes since I left them) and I was telling her about my unhappy service and why it upset me, and she pushed that hold button and cut me off!!!!!!! after about four minutes she comes back on the line says she will have it filled tonight. My son will be picking it up and it will be the last time I use CVS. If you really want my opinion work on customer service here in Waverly with the young ones because they are rude and have no people skill but want to work with people that are sick and not feeling well... you would think they would help and be nicer.
