Tony, the store manager, was so helpful and pleasant today. He went above and beyond and helped me save money on 2 office chairs. He even personally loaded them in my truck. Tony also educated me on how to verify that I am buying from a legitimate seller when shopping online. It was a great experience and I really appreciate the quality customer service. Thanks Tony!

I am new to the area and this was my first time visiting this store. I knew I wanted a black wire step file for my desk before I stepped into the store. I was pleasantly surprised with a gentleman approached me and asked if he could help. I told him what I was looking for and he walked me straight to the isle. I just wanted to see if they had something I might like a little better than what I originally had in mind. I thought the price may have been cheaper online, but the gentleman confirmed that I was getting the best price. Two thumbs up!

Eastgate Office Max has friendly service team members who can always help me and answer all of my questions. They have great products in stock and can order them for me when out.

I went to the Office Max location in Cincinnati (Eastgate) for an item. The store is clean and very well stocked. I found what I wanted and the checkout was a smooth and friendly experience. If you need help with printing, the associates at this location are outstanding! They do superior quality work and the service is second to none. I find everything I need here when I need something quickly; desks, chairs, printing and laminating. They have great sales too.

Great staff! I needed yard sign stakes for my business. They went in the back and got me as many as they could and put in an order for me to get two more boxes. I really appreciate the extra effort and I highly recommend this location.

I am a small business owner and yesterday I needed some flyers printed last minute. I called Office Max and Brad answered, I explained to him my situation and realized I had about 6 minutes left to place my order and asked if it was possible to get the flyers within the hour, he immediately transferred me to the print dept and they took my name and told me they would have them ready as soon as possible…it only took 25 mins for me to get the text notification that my order was ready for pick up! I am so pleased with their customer service and willingness to help out a small business owner, kudos to the staff!! Thank you so much for your help!
