This is a great location. One of my favorite small home improvement stores. Very clean place. Super friendly staff. Easy to get in and out. My favorite thing about a smaller store is that I don't have to walk a mile from car to store, then walk a mile in the store, then a mile back to my car. Well worth the .25 cents more that the products cost as oppesed to the big box stores.

I drove all the way from North Olmsted to go here to have a sliding screen door repaired because my local hardware store had a wait time of over a month...not only were they very accommodating, but they were efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend this store!

The floor plan is clean and well lit making it a nice shopping experience. The staff is knowledgeable and will take the time to help you find items.

Check out the locations weekly deals - I found an amazing WI-FI light on-sale and using in my lamppost. It changes colors and saves me the time of changing the light-bulb for each holiday season!

This place has been here over 40 years. They're so friendly and I've never had an issue shopping here. It's clean. Never overcrowded. They always have what I need. Thank you.

This is hands down the best staff you could ask for. You will not wander without being asked to be assisted. They ALWAYS go out of their way to help. Very organized store and kept well stocked. Very knowledgeable staff.

I find that they have about everything I need for small and some large jobs, the gentleman there everyday knows where everything is and I get in and out nice and fast and the prices are reasonable. Thanks

This is my go-to store for anything hardware related. Great selection on nuts and bolts. The staff is always willing to assist with locating items.

Very nice and clean store. The gentleman who works the floor greeted me as soon as I entered the store and took me straight to what I was looking for. The cashier was very kind and friendly. I just moved to the area and this will be my go to hardware store.

I am a plumber. I was unsure of what to purchase, however Jacob M enlightened me with what to buy. He is the most helpful associate and I will always visit true value in the future for my tool needs. This man is a god he is in need of a raise.

The store has everything I need with a staff and is extremely helpful. The prices are very reasonable considering the time it saves me driving down to Home D where I can never find anyone to help me. In addition, it's a small store with parking 20 ft from front.

I am a carpenter. Thanks to the help of Jacob M, I found everything I needed. Not only was he respectful, but he knew what he was talking about, and he got the job done. Thanks to him, I only shop at True Value for my equipment. The man needs a raise, to say the least.

A very nicely managed and stocked store that is a customer focused one, better than the big box ones.

Always friendly and willing to help. Carries furniture to paint, holiday decorations to nuts and bolts. They also do repairs of equipment and screens.
