Fred's Pizza

The pizza was delicious, but the onion rings are what will get me to go back. The onion rings are reminiscent of the much-loved, but long-gone, Johnny’s Drive-In in Chillicothe. Service was friendly and prices were reasonable.

Biggest Pizza I’ve Seen Thus Far. Great Food, Great Atmosphere, Pricing Is Kinda Reasonable.

We had a crew of 8 people when we stopped in on a Saturday night around 8pm. We were able to sit together and it wasn't overly busy for a Saturday. We ordered their largest pizza which is like 26", family sized bread sticks a salad for someone who didn't want pizza and 8 drinks. It was a bit over $100 for that which sounds a high but you can't feed 8 people at McDonald's for that anymore. The food was great. I like that hometown thin pizza style. When we were done we still had half a pizza left. It was huge. Highly recommend. The only downside is that you have to order at the counter instead of the table and you get your own drinks. I don't mind that but it is a pain when you have little kids.

Just went for the first time ever, and was blown away by the pizza! Got a deep dish meaty pie that was actually cooked through, no doughy center, no having to deal with overly "chewy" anything. The meats on top were crisp and crunchy, and delectably flavorful.

The atmosphere was a very nice blend of old school Applebee's (when they had all the stuff on the walls) and a cozy pizzeria, which you just don't see anymore. (A negative for me, personally, was that every TV had golf on, but that's really not a major detractor.)

Service was great and expedient, and also very efficient (one person brought out pizza, with another behind them with the silverware and plates).

Overall, especially for a first time experience, this place was an absolute 10/10, and I definitely look forward to the next time I eat there.

They served me the best pizza I've had in a very long time. Don't even get me started on how good the garlic knots were! Everything from the food to the excellent service to the strong '80s vibes... I live an hour away, but I might have to make the trip again just to eat here again. I'm over here addicted to a drug I can't have again for a while. 😂💜💜💜💜💜🍕

The food is so good, the atmosphere is very relaxed and family friendly. I moved to Waverly from central Indiana and this is one of the spots I love taking friends and family when they visit. It hasn't disappointed anyone yet. So, enjoy!😁

Great atmosphere for family or for date night. Comfortable seating, beautiful ambient lighting, well balanced menu and friendly staff. Food was as delicious as it looked!

I stopped by Fred's Pizza on July 15have the opporunity or inclination!, 2021 and bought a 26" Peperoni, sausage, Bannana Peppers, and Onion Pizza (half without the onions and Banana Peppers - to take to my EXTREMELY finnicky family. Needless to say Kid tested, Mother approved . . . and friends of kids, and frineds of mother and basically everyone else who happend by. Clearly they deserve the motto "Best Pizza Around" Not only was the pizza good but the Staff was super friendly as were the patrons. I have nothing to say but good things about this place. you will do well to go here should you

We love Fred's pizza! It's so uniquely delicious! 😋 We drive down from Chillicothe once a month just to get a slice. Wish we had one here. I recommend trying their pizza, you won't be sorry!

Drove 2 hours to try the big 26 inch pizza. Was worth the drive. 1/2 Pepperoni and 1/2 cheese 🍕

My first time dining there and I was very impressed. I ordered the Homerun sub and it was one of the best I've had. I also thought the prices were reasonable as well. I will definitely be going back. It's worth the hour drive.

Loved the music! Great food, large portions! Took awhile to get our food, but definitely worth the wait!
