A Plus Complete Car Care

Went in for an oil change and, what I thought was a faulty valve on my tire because it wasn't accepting air. Turns out, another garage I went to neglected to properly program my dash display, so it was indicating the incorrect tire that needed air. A Plus corrected the issue, changed the oil and I was on my way in under an hour. They're a great, honest shop and I fully trust them with any future auto work.

Did such a great job, as always! Quick to get me in, and took the time to go over what they were doing, with no scary surprises on my bill. Wonderful group!! We have 100% been burned by other repair shops in the past, but never here. Very thankful for this great place!!

This is easily the best auto shop I have ever been to, let me explain…

I found these guys by calling every auto shop from Mount Gilead to Mount Vernon looking for the best price on a new set of tires. A+ Auto had the best combined price for an alignment + tires of every single shop that I called in both counties.

With the lowest price I expected mediocre service but I was given the best service that I’ve ever received; and that includes service from dealerships too!!

From reception, to the service manager, and to the mechanics, everyone was so friendly and competent.
I had a detailed and knowledgeable answer to EVERY question that I asked.
I will absolutely be back for any car work that I need done in the future.

We had a large group for my twins 18th birthday and the staff was great and very accommodating!

This place did an awesome job with my car. After taking it for 5 alignments and four sets of tires I had them look at my car ( the 6 other places apparently couldn’t figure it out) to see why I was going through tires so much and the noise in the front and my tires leaning, right away they found the issues and even showed us where it was broke. They have it fixed and I can drive without going all over the road. I definitely will be using them from now on.

We called several auto repair shops in the area. A Plus Complete Auto care was not only the quickest response, they were very nice and explained things very well. We talked to Jacob before we came in, he was incredibly nice and made it easy.
Jeremy was who we talked to for repairs. He was very informative and incredibly nice. He didn't try to sell more repairs, gave us information for our tires and was on the ball. The place was super busy but everyone was so friendly.
We will always use them for future repairs.
Well done and much appreciated, as My Mom is a widow, and My Dad took care of all these things prior to his passing. They were great with her in explanation. Thank you A Plus!!

Honest place with fair prices. Told me what was wrong with my car and didn't make a bunch of fake charges like some places do. They were able to fix it that day and asked my permission and gave me the price before fixing it. I'll definitely go back :)

I went in right after a bad experience at fire stone and Jeremy made me feel so much better! He explained the procedures needed to be done and was extremely nice. Cheap prices compared to other mechanics in town. There is a public restroom, chairs, and coffee to make the costumers feel at home as well as the hospitality.

I absolutely love the service department at Aplus. I take all my cars there and recommend them to everyone I know. They have great customer service and their mechanics are very knowledgeable. Prices are fair and they do jerk you around like other shops.

Service was great. They helped with the things I asked about, told me what should be fixed (along with a timeline), but also didn't pressure to spend a bunch of money like a salesman! They were also very pleasant!

They are always very nice and get the job done quickly, they also teach me about the issue I had so I can fix it by myself next time. They'll even pick you up and bring you to your car if you need a ride when it's done. 10/10

More than nice people,very reasonable priced,made me feel like family,very helpful,not a bad word for them, I'll never go anywhere else for car repairs,I highly recommend them.

Michelle is always so friendly and they take great car of my vehicles, they get me in quickly and I have never had a problem with them. I highly recommend them, they are the cheapest in town and treat their customers as if they are family.

I love these guys! They've been able to fix any problem I've brought to them, charge less than any other quote I've ever got, if anything goes wrong they make it right, and no matter how weird the request Jimmy always talks it thru and works with me. I only bring my can here.

Best place to take your vehicles to get work done on. My husband and I are very satisfied with them. Michelle is very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else.
