The Cheesecake Factory

This was my first time at the cheesecake factory and the food was really good. The apps were good. Our server had a lot of patience with our party which was about 12 people. Will definitely go back and try the burgers. I will say look at the menu before going to the restaurant, it's less stressful. The menu is big and can be overwhelming when looking for something good to eat.

My almost 14-year-old had never been to the cheesecake factory before although he loves cheesecake very much. I used to get to pick 3 cheesecakes for my birthday every year growing up, but had never been to dine in as we live about an hour south. We had to stop at the Apple Store so I treated him to come inside and he had the best experience. Actually we both did. Lexie was our server and she was extremely nice and honestly the best service we’ve had anywhere ever probably. She was very patient with us and understanding and went over everything with us and gave us excellent recommendations. My son ran the poor girl to death with 1 million water refills but she was on top of it. She was the sweetest. Checked on us constantly and we never went without. We got pretzels for the appetizer, and then my son had the spaghetti and meatballs which was amazing, and I’m not a spaghetti fan. He said it was “the best spaghetti he has ever had” I got the truffle honey Chicken per Lexi’s recommendation, and it was delicious. The asparagus was perfect. We couldn’t decide for Cheesecake, so we got red velvet, cinnamon, raspberry-lemon and Coconut. They were all delicious and we definitely will be back for the s’mores since they were out tonight. As my son said the cheesecake was “life changing” We definitely will make the trip back up sometime soon and hope Lexie will be there. She definitely made the experience! Expensive. But good food and a great place to celebrate my son graduating from college. A ton of food choices. Not sure how they provide so many good options. Main negative thing is the eye of Sauron was all over. Felt like he was watching us. And of course you can’t leave here without eating some cheesecake.

It's our first time with friends celebrating my birthday and we love the foods and atmosphere. Only one thing we have noticed that the first one who served us she is even smilling but we did say something about it, and thanks that they changed our server and she was great with a sweetest smile on her face.

Amazing and when i say amazing AMAZINGGG FOOD!!! Pasta is bomb, this is absolutely amazing! The service is amazing the guy came back and forth to see if we were right and we asked if they had orange juice and they didnt serve it but tjey whipped it right up BEST SERVICE!!

We were there for my Aunt's Birthday. It was great. The food was fresh and delicious although they were very busy we were taken care of quickly. My alcoholic drink was perfect. The portion sizes of the food was great and the prices were on point. Thanks Bianca for your great service. My only complaint is that my carryout slice of cheesecake was small, but it was delicious 😋.

The food was very delicious. I had the fish and chips... Beautiful presentation and delicious white fish. Of course, the chocolate truffle cake is fantastic. The service was a bit slow, but our waitress was really nice and attentive. It was a great dining experience. Thank you!!

Delicious food and cheesecake! Friendly service by Michael. Other families and friends surrounded us with positive vibes. First time experience for my parents and they loved it.

Me and my friend went there after a long weekend and to start off the host I didn’t get his name but was very friendly! We got sat with kaykay and her service was AMAZING she was very detailed and sold me a creamy tortilla chicken soup that was so delicious . Then she was attentive with refills despite a very busy restaurant it was just a great experience and I will definitely be back !!! Ask for Kay Kay for sure !

Late dinner on a Sunday night. Great service(had a really nice server) and good food. Ordered the salmon. The dinner portion was out so I was given the lunch portion at the lunch price. Didn't get the cheese cake this time. Was full from dinner.

Food is very tasty, Ambience is nice, so many options for Non Vegetarian, Vegetarians. Serving is little bit slow but worth it, doesn’t really get message when you are waiting to be seated, followed up multiple times to get your reservation confirmed and table is assigned, waitress is good on receiving, greeting giving information about the food, will re visit definitely next time.

Went for my birthday lunch. Wee bit of a wait but only 15 minutes. Food was great and service was amazing!

Me and 48 of my good friends converged on the Cheesecake Factory Kenwood for a Galentine's Brunch and boy was it amazing! Cheesecake Factory is my favorite restaurant. Something on the menu for everyone! And everything is always delicious

I have been coming here for years and always have a good time. Perfect spot to get a drink or a quick bite before you do some shopping around the mall. I always park right in front.
They have great service staff and are always very attentive. The decor is laughable but in the best way possible. Food here is pretty good! Always love the brown bread. The egg role sampler and spinach dip are two of my favorites.
We enjoyed the loaded baked potato tots! I had my usual, the shrimp scampi with a side of the house made ranch. (Trust me) and my boyfriend had the Steak Diane, both were wonderful.
I didn’t get a cheesecake today but when I do it’s either the pumpkin or white chocolate raspberry truffle! So good. I just love this place. They also have curbside pickup. Highly recommend!!

Never disappoints! The multiple menus offer options for everybody, I highly recommend this place for big parties of people with variety of tastes. There are new healthier alternatives, to balance off the dessert ;) Besides the cheesecakes, their carrot cake is also amazing.

We finally got around to eating at one and will certainly do it again. Everyone’s entree was delicious, as was the cheese cake.

Waitresses were phenomenal. We didn't have to wait on a drink very long. Our food was out fairly quick all around good environment. HIGHLY recommend

One of the best Cheesecake Factories I've been to in this country and generally excellent service and food and of course the cheesecake can't be beat but their food and specials including happy hour make it a great place to spend some time and spend less money. Great place for couples, families or friends. The price is great for a delicious meal. Save room for cheesecake!
