Dixie Delicatessen

As far as a deli is concerned, the food was delicious! They have a simple selection of meats and Cheeses, cold salads, etc, but the way they put it together just works! They don't skim on the meat either. Now, I KNOW my potato salad & this potato salad is somebody's great grandmommas recipe-IT IS GOOD! I will be back!

The reviews are very confusing. The sandwiches were good, but I missed out on the hug-fest of “friendliness” people are commenting about. “Sullen” is the nicest thing I can say about the staff, I didn’t see any other customers get much love either.
I didn’t go for the atmosphere, just food, but I’m wondering if you have to catch them on a good day.
Amazing wine selection for a convenience store.

Edit: These people are absolutely the best! It just take a little conversation to get them to warm up, and when they do, they're awesome. They reserve their customer service for people who deserve it for making an effort to be friendly. Now they are my go-to place in Cincinnati, I can't recommend them enough. And open 365 days a year, who does that?

Got a turkey sandwich and pasta salad. Both delicious. Friendly staff, great selection.

My co-worker Russel just went and picked up lunch for us... and WOW, was it amazing. Great portions, great people and a cool, local atmosphere. We will be continue coming back frequently!

I love it I mean it's a nice place for a one quite shopping if you don't feel like going to Kroger's or Walmart or Meijer and yet this Dixie delicatessen corner store is just right down the street from my house and censt the store is just in walking distance from my house I don't mind going everyday the price is great

It appears to be a mom and pop place but, great attitude the workers have and they do have quite a wine selection too. The Deli is clean, and all of their products are fresh. What more could you ask for :-).

Love this place! It has everything you really need in a hurry. Plus the people who work here are amazing so that's a bonus! The deli food is really great too! Plus they have gas! All around great place to go! Just needs an air pump outside....

Awesome food been going here for years

This place has everything u could need. They have items that i needed 4 my mom in a pinch when i wasn't able 2 find in a grocery store. Prices r reasonable if not cheaper especially 4 a "mom & pop" business. I just simply love this place. Very friendly staff.

Truly a iykyk place :) Best soups, sammiches, salads and everything you need. I love the crew there, so personable, and genuine. Check 'em out, especially in the fall bc the ham and bean soup, the chili, and chicken noodle soup are gonna be great grab n gos to take home 😃

This deli is my favorite in the area. The ladies are always great and patient when I order. With so many great combinations of lunch meat, breads and cheeses it's hard to decide. Don't get me started on the bean and ham soup. Just give me a 5 gallon bucket of it please!
It's a simple , clean, no nonsense deli and you couldn't ask for anything better.

Very friendly atmosphere among the ladies making sandwiches. Once you get to know them it's a nice break from work to go there. Owner is normally there as well and is very friendly. This isn't your normal gas station deli. They make great sandwiches here!

I have been going here for 1 year or more. The people that work there are nice and friendly. The deli there is nice and it has a good variety of stuff. You can order a sandwich or a chili dog and they are both very good. They make your food pretty fast when they're not busy but when more people start time they got kind of slow. Other than that it is a great store with lots of options for you.
