Macy's

Not as great of an experience as shopping online, but as good as it gets when considering that its a physical store. The fitting rooms are a bit dingy, but tolerable. The staff are helpful and the clearance/sale section is always fun to browse. Macy's at this location now carries Vera Bradley products too! Overall, shopping here is a pleasant experience.

Brought my mother-in-law to find her foundation shade match, Riley demonstrated a great degree of competence as far as knowledge in the skincare field is concerned. Helpful and understanding as well. Definitely going back there for further purchases

This Macy’s store is my favorite. Not only for the deals but for the help I always receive. I’m always relieved when I go in and see that Monica is there. I know she’ll be there to help me find what I’m looking for and if not she always orders for me and ships to my house. Woman’s department has new 34th brand which is very stylish and got the newest stylish dresses for my girls for school and Jordan for my boys! Great deals great prices great customer service!

Didn't find any dress shoes that fit me quote right but interacted with two employees and they were both very kind, pleasant and helpful.

I visited the Lancome store for a last minute makeup appointment. The makeup artist Billy was so kind and very warm. She recommended me the Clarifique Solution for my dark spots and i am loving it. She did an amazing job with my makeup as I was in a very pathetic situation after me stylist cancelled on me due to sickness on the day of my gender reveal party. I loved the experience and kindness.

On this particular visit, I mainly went to check out the new Toys r Us set up. Macy's was well kept and the workers were friendly. Toys r Us was about what I expected so no disappointment. It's great that they are trying to keep an old name alive but definitely a far cry from what kids of the 80's and 90's remember. Thanks for trying!

Very friendly and polite employees! They helped resize my watch band quickly and I had further assistance picking out a tie for a wedding next week. The store is very clean and orderly.

Very clean and organized. Not over powering perfume smell like some stores can have which I appreciate because that can give me a headache. I didn't find the exact size I needed but was able to try on in a very clean fitting room and find exactly what I needed to order online. Completed purchase for delivery online before even walking out of the store.

Always fabulous at Macy's! A shirt for $65 though is a bit pricey! Fun time shopping there tonight. The cashier even looked up an item that was no longer available because they only have it before Christmas! Of course! Very good time because both women wished me a happy birthday! Go take a tour of Macy's if you haven't been back in awhile! In store shopping is available but you must wear a mask, of course! Have fun!
