The Cheesecake Factory

Delicious crab bites were lightly breaded, tasted baked not fried. Everything had very large portions. Pleasant and kind staff. Waiter was amazing and kind!! Price is high but worth every penny!

I took my mom out for her birthday to make her day special. I picked Cheesecake Factory as I recently saw it reviewed on Try Guys "Eat the Menu" And boy was I glad I did.

We were greeted and seated quickly, with a smile and friendly conversation.

Despite an extensive menu, our amazing server Brian L. made it easy to make a great selection. The food came out much faster than I expected and far exceeded my expectations in flavor and quality.

I got the Louisiana Chicken Pasta and I will be back to get it again. It had just the right level of spice with perfectly crispy chicken.

Brain (our server) made us feel right at home. He is one of the best waiters I have ever had the pleasure of being served by, and the food was exceptional. I will be back soon.

Went for lunch with my son. We were sat right away at the best table, in the circle right on the corner!
Only a short wait for Maddie our waitress to come to the table. We were given bread and drinks quick. Our food came out and was very flavorful. Temperature of the noodles was perfect. My son ordered a burger. Cheesecake slices are very large and ideal for sharing!

We will definitely come back!

We ordered fish tacos and fish n chips. The food was good.. not excellent, but good. The selection is disappointing and the prices are insanely high. A slice of cheesecake is almost as much as an entree. The service was on point and our waitress was excellent!

The service and atmosphere was a 10/10. I would HIGHLY recommend the Chicken Riesling. It was absolutely delicious. It’s a little expensive but it’s worth it!

Liked the food. 4-6 is happy hour on weekdays so that can be tried as well.

Healthy size portion, fresh and delicious! If you order the lobster bites go ahead and order two or you'll be mad to drive back home 13 miles and want more! Perfect meal curbside 🥰 Pasta carbonara add salmon and coconut cream cheesecake but I'm too full to eat it 🤭

We stopped in here tonight after a day of shopping. Our server, Trinity, was super sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable. We were able to get in and get seated within about five minutes. Everything we had was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. THANK YOU very much for the great experience!

Our server Adeni was very attentive to our needs! she was helpful with questions about the menu. we enjoyed the conversations she held with us. all of our dishes were fantastic! thank you for a wonderful experience

Our server was amazing. He was very attentive. You are still served fresh warm bread when arriving. We were just here for a light lunch of soup & salad. I got the chicken tortilla & hubby got clam chowder or lobster bisque - all was delicious!

Ate lunch here for granddaughters birthday today and it was nice.

I experienced a DoorDash issue not at the fault of the restaurant (the Greene location) A server named Katherine went above and beyond to fix the situation and made every possible attempt to make sure we were satisfied. I was a server for 5 years, I understand very well how the industry works. I expected nothing but the bare minimum at this time of night yet Katherine went completely out of her way in the midst of their literal closing time to resolve everything fully and acted as though it was her genuine pleasure to accommodate us. She was personable and radiated positive energy throughout the chaos. She was incredibly kind and apologetic for something completely beyond her control and handled the entire situation in such a manner that she absolutely deserves to be recognized.

Come here once a year, sometimes twice a year since I live over an hour away from this location and its the closest location to me. Ordered cheesecakes last night and they were absolutely amazing! Paid $40 for 3 cheesecakes, but they held up very nicely sitting in the car for an hour ride home. Cheesecake factory is super expensive, which is why we just get cheesecakes. But considering we come once or twice a year, it's an expense I'll gladly pay.

I used to get the salted caramel cheesecake since caramel is my favorite, but that has been knocked out of the park by their cinnabon cinnamon cheesecake. It is so good, I've completely stopped ordering the caramel. It's also not as rich as the other cheesecakes so it's much more easier to eat in one sitting compared to most of their cheesecakes on the menu.

I always love the food and especially the cheesecake. The server was great! My only complaint is that every time I have eaten at a Cheesecake Factory, the wait for food is always really long. But overall I always enjoy the experience.

I don’t review a ton of chains, but since I don’t have Cheesecake Factory at home, I jump on the chance to go to one when I travel. Our service was great and, their pasta dish I had was delicious especially considering it’s not an Italian restaurant. And, how can I complain? The lemon meringue cheesecake and the vanilla bean cheesecake I got to go were as fantastic as I’d hoped!

We came in during a very busy time for dinner and got the Factory nachos, Americana burger, and Louisiana chicken pasta. All were amazing except for the burger as it was drowned in sauce and was soggy and inedible, but when we let our server (James) know he was quick to get it switched out with something different and gave amazing service throughout our whole time there. Thank you so much to James for making our experience the best possible, you were fantastic!!

My friend and I got seated rather quickly despite being told we could have an hour and a half or more wait. Our waitress was very attentive. My friend ordered the chicken bellagio, and I ordered the shepherd's pie. Both looked especially eye-catching, and mine was bursting with fresh flavors! We both HAD to get a nice slice of cheesecake to go to complete our meal! ;)

Oh my gosh! Avocado egg roll appetizer is soooo yummy!! Well worth the $11.00 for a starter! We had the flat bread pizzas with optional cauliflower crust and 2 side salads. Very good! Service was great! Neat, clean and you feel 'safe' in the store. 5 stars!! **** update 9/5/22 Avocado egg roll still DELICIOUS! but now $16.00 ! Yes, we did get it again. :) Huge salad, hubby had steak tips. Good food, Justin, great waiter !!! The wait was 30 mins. I'm sure due to lower staffing..... overall. Still very very good!!!

i absolutely love this location! although it’s often busy during dinner time, we always get good service and good food. this time i ordered he margarita flatbread, korean cauliflower wings and a raspberry (can’t remember the name) cocktail. overall good time!

Very nice place to eat. I would definitely recommend this place. This was my first time going here. They have a huge selection of food and about 35 different kinds of cheesecake. Our waiter was amazing also. I definitely will be back.
