Central Carpet is our "one and done" stop for flooring, draperies, wall covering and all things home decor! The whole staff is customer focused, knowledgeable and professional, from the first visit or call to Central all the way through the installation. We have never had a problem with any aspect of our projects, but I am confident that, if we did, we would experience the same level of services.
Jenny has been my guide and inspiration through our projects. She always takes into consideration both our preferences and how we live in our house. I love her ideas and suggestions. Mike has helped us select the right flooring and has made sure the product and installation was right for us.

We have met and worked with the Central Carpet staff--a friendly, talented and professional group of people. Vicki advised us when we first had our house built. We have worked with Jenny Rice more recently on updating our family room, living room, kitchen and bathrooms. Jenny has fabulous ideas but never forces her suggestions on you. When you need quality flooring and up-to-date decorating ideas for paint colors and window treatments, we strongly recommend turning to Central Carpet!

Had to find a place to get some repairs done when I got my quarantine pup who has some separation anxiety. Met Vickie and her crew, Vickie is amazing, sweet and knowledgeable. While I normally don’t like being sold something more expensive than another item without seeing others.....(it may not have been but who knows) the blinds she recommended I LOVE!! I just ordered some more a few days ago. She also will go out of her way to find you a good deal to save money. When the crew installed my new carpet it was quick and painless, I didn’t even have to move the furniture. 100% recommend this place esp since I was told it’s a family owned business and not a chain. We needed new flooring in our kitchen-dining room and looked at several places before deciding on Central Carpet. We like to give business to local companies. We met with Vicki and Mike…we chose a laminate (wood panel look alike). We went to one other place and surprisingly chose the exact same flooring. Decided to order with central carpets, staff was very friendly & helpful. Mike advised we were choosing an excellent laminate flooring, it was very durable and stood up to high traffic (kids/pets). The two installers (father/daughter) were excellent, very thorough and did a great job. We were told multiple times by the owners that Central Carpets would “be there for us” if anything was ever needed anytime, Soon after completion we noticed imperfections—Swirls & lines everywhere, it was also unbelievably soft. Literally anything made an indentation. Mike came out to look at the flooring imperfections, he agreed the the flooring looked defective. He advised several cleaning agents, which we did, no difference was made at all. Mike then had the manufacturer come out to our home, the representative came & took a couple random pictures with his cell phone and said “I’ll let you know”. None of these pictures showed the imperfections as well as an in person inspection did. We heard nothing back from the manufacturer nor central carpets. We finally called and Mike advised us that the manufacturer did not feel it was defective and would not reimburse anything. Mike later advised us that he spoke with the owner Bill and there was nothing they could do but let us know that they apparently threw out all if the product from that particular manufacture.
So much for “being there for us”
We are now left with defective flooring throughout our entire first floor, it looks like it’s been here for years with all if the swirls & lines, and we have to be careful not to drop anything or wear certain shoes because 100% it will cause a dent.
We are out a substantial amount of money. We asked central carpet to consider a reimbursement of some sort, we would even choose another flooring from them if they could work with us. We did not ask for the full cost….we merely asked to work out a deal, especially since central carpet agreed it was defective!

We very much prefer to give our business to a local company…but in this case “being there for us” meant NOTHING!!!
