Very helpful with getting my phone screen replaced, especially Brian! Assurance was giving me the absolute run around and telling me I would have to drive 2 hours away if I wanted to get the screen replaced OR that I could pay them $100 to replace the whole phone -_- but, I was able to talk to the store directly and figure out a better option. Repair was quick and communication was excellent! Highly recommend.

I came here after the apple store and Verizon both told me there was nothing they could do, I would lose all my pictures from the last 7 years. I came to CPR (honestly as a last ditch effort) and they were so kind and helpful, coming up with other ideas and helping me do save my data. This will DEFINITELY be my first stop going forward.

Scheduling an appointment was super easy - they had some appointments the very next day when I was placing my repair request, but I booked a few days out because of my own schedule. Dropping off my phone was quick and painless, and I was even given an expected completion time. It was done ahead of time, and has worked great ever since. (It was a replacement of a cracked screen for a Samsung Galaxy S23+.)

I see some people on here saying that they had an appointment. Well, I missed that notice and just simply walked in and was served immediately. It was about 11:30 am and the place was not busy. I have an old A50 that I use around the house to run things and play music on blue tooth connected devices. Works perfectly fine for that. The problem was that the battery had swollen and popped the back cover off. As a side note, my DJI drone blew two phone batteries from the intense demands placed on it. Anyway, swollen batteries are no bueno and a fire hazard. At the counter, the problem was obvious and and order was placed for a new battery immediately. They don't keep batteries in stock for every phone and ordering makes sure you get a fresh one, not an old degraded one that's been hanging out on the shelf for who knows how long. It took a few days for the battery to come in. Got an email and phone call once it was ready. Went in the next day around 11:30 am. Again, no appointment and was served immediately. My phone was on a charger and was ready to go. In and out in less than a minute. My phone now works great and I'm not concerned about it suddenly bursting into flames. CPR Cell Phone Repair Gahanna did a great job. This is the second phone which they've done a battery replacement for me. The prior experience was also excellent. This is definitely a business that I would recommend to others and will use again if the need arises.

The staff here are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I spoke with Brian on the phone and he walked me through the whole process and made it very easy for me to set up my appointment. I will definitely return if I need any more help.

Broke my screen on my s23 Ultra. Insurance claim through my provider, and they had it done in less than an hour. Can't tell anything was done to it! Looks great. And professional from the beginning to end. Highly recommended.

My brand new s23 ultra fell off my 911 doing 50 and hit the spoiler before pounding the pavement...it was then ran over by a Corolla. No insurance on a brand new 1500 phone that I thought was destroyed. Bryan fixed it in one hour good as new! I highly recommend this joint. Thanks again, Bryan.

My ancient phone had turned into a brick thus taking many pictures that I did not back up with it. Bryan went the extra 10 miles to get them back and I am beyond thankful that he was able to retrieve everything. The customer service I received here was some of the best.
