I believe the staff is very fair in fair market value of instruments and gear when trading for store credit.

My last experience turned out very well for me. Got a Gibson acoustic for $800 with a hard shell case. Can’t beat that!

Called and spoke to Kevin about a Mesa cab that they had that was listed as 'pickup only' because of size. I live in FL and there is only one Music Go Round in my state...which luckily for me was only 45 min away. I asked Kevin if he would possibly send it there knowing I was asking him to take on more risk. He said he would call that store...long story short...Mesa cab arrived packaged like it could be dropped from a plane...impressive! It was in perfect condition as he described. I wouldn't hesitate to order something from them in the future. Outstanding communication and customer service! Thanks Kevin!

I’m a very novice guitar 🎸 player. I reached out with questions about getting the strings changed for the first time. TC patiently talked with me and explained the process and I liked what I heard so I took my guitar there to get new strings. TC walked me through the different options. He asked me some questions to help me determine the type of sound I was wanting and then he helped me decide what to get. TC and Steve were very patient with my novice questions and I felt very comfortable and welcome in their store. I definitely recommend this business. I even wanted to pay a tip and TC refused and said he was just glad to be able to help. Thanks TC!!

Great deals on used instruments, I came here to buy a used alto saxaphone to upgrade my old one. I found a 3,000$ saxaphone for only 1,400$. And in the case, was a 200$ saxaphone mouthpiece. Thank you music go round!

Went into the store to buy new bass guitar strings with 0 knowledge of getting new strings. The staff there were super helpful and chatted with me about all the different options and even the history behind each kind of bass guitar string and what famous bassists used which strings. I ended up getting round wounds and even some picks for super cheap to try out picked bass. Excellent store to get your gear definitely recommend :)

Always excellent and knowledgeable staff on hand. Wide selection of accessories and such, which is the main reason I shop here rather than buying new instruments.

It’s not a bad place. They’re helpful and nice and had what I wanted. Needs some reorganization. There is a lot of ways it could be a better shopping experience but overall I’m glad this place exists.

This place is awesome! I'm so jealous that there's no music go round stores in the Cleveland area where I'm from. I spent a nice part of my sunday a few weeks ago checking out the used gear and walked out with a souvenir...a blue silvertone strat copy. Service was very good too and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the Columbus area

Found a great deal on a practically new bass guitar. Friendly staff answered my many questions and helped me evaluate the handful of choices in my budget. Return policy for credit or 80% cash within 7 days is reasonable (just really think through a purchase before, not after you make it). Will shop here again.

First time going to this store. I travelled from northern KY because they had the guitar I was looking for at a good price. I took a guitar to sell and they gave me a better offer than GC or Willis Music. Staff seemed very knowledgeable and they went out of their way to help me get a good deal done. If you're in the Columbus area (or even if you're not!), I highly recommend Music Go Round in Gahanna.

Went in to have saxaphone repaired for grandson. Happy with all the help, from the man who took the sax to the repairman answering my questions to the gentleman who checked me out who was so helpful. I was clueless about this instrument, thanks to everyone involved!! 1967 martin

Great place! We were greeted as soon as we opened the door. The employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. We walked in, asked about some banjo strings, got what we needed and we were out just like that. Prices are great. From what I could tell they have a great selection of instruments, a little bit for everyone. Plenty of parking, very easy to get around. I would highly recommend this location.

Nice location with a lot of guitars. Pretty reasonable prices. Lots of used and new equipment like amps as well. I bought a flute here once and they didn't have it in stock when I came to pick it up, but they ere able to make it right by ordering it from another location. All in all, good experience here for instruments

Ordered online. I called first to ask about the instrument I was ordering. The sales rep was very helpful, and the bass I bought was actually in better condition than what was described to me. Shipping time was insanely fast as well.

At a busy time during Xmas rush shopping the staffer going by TD at Stoneridge Shopping Center kindly turned out the hustle bustle of the day to identify just the right guitar within my friends' budget (my friend is a member of the special needs community). My family exclusively shops this location for instruments & supplies and today I was made to understand their preference.

A great place to browse and buy instruments and accessories. Prices are extremely reasonable and used gear is usually of like new quality.

I'm very impressed with the integrity of this store. I ordered an instrument based on an email exchange. The instrument was well priced, well packed, and in excellent condition. However, it turned out there had been a miscommunication. I'm happy to report that when notified Music Go Round stepped up and took care of it immediately, to my satisfaction, and with a great attitude to top it off. Nice people, I highly recommend.
