The sales person at McSwain (Galy) offers great customer service. The company has a whole puts a lot of effort into keeping the customer satisfied within reason. The installer went out of his way to get the job done and I’ll have it looked nice. I would recommend them and have recommended them in the past of friends and family. Beavercreek Ohio office is great.

We are very satisfied with the carpet. Dennis did a fabulous job! He did a couple of extra things he found that needed help. I would recommend him again!

Great experience at McSwain with the wonderful help of Daniela Miller. She is extremely friendly, very professional and fair and we could not have asked for a better experience. From our first meeting in the store to the flawless installation, I cannot emphasize enough how great the process was. We will definitely come back for our next projects.

Galy is exceptionally knowledgeable in this field. We visited this store multiple times and she kindly spent a lot of time with us until we felt comfortable with our flooring selection and purchase. The installation process was a bit tricky with the supplier issue and took longer than we expected, however that has been resolved. Our project was completed today with 3 gentlemen working quickly and diligently a little over 4 hours and my basement looks spectacular! Thank you so much!

Terry was extremely knowledgeable and pointed us to the best carpet and pad for us. He also did a wonderful job measuring to ensure there was no excess waste. Brian’s installation was perfect. We are renovating our home and only had the master suite carpeted at this time. As we finish other rooms we will be purchasing carpet for the other bedrooms and family room from McSwain. We will also be requesting Brian’s team return to do the installation.

We were looking for a personalized experience. One where the sales consultant could go along on the journey with us, and guide us by listening to our needs and our super vague design aspirations then make recommendations that would help us make design choices that feel intentional. We found that experience at McSwain with Galy. She was knowledgeable, patient and engaging; more of a consultant than a salesperson.
Our install crew were on time, professional, and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother install.

Today we had new carpet installed by Kelvin at McSwain. We have been dealing with Mc Swain for many years. The install today was great. Kelvin did a great job, cleaned up all the mess and left everything as neat as when he arrived. Thank you!

We have used McSwains Beavercreek twice for very large carpet jobs. They have been excellent. Our salesman Terry is top notch. He knows his products and is very professional. Our installation crew today was exceptional. They were all professionally presented and worked very focused. Clean up was top notch.

We recently replaced most of the carpet and flooring in our house and couldn't be more pleased with the result. Danielle guided our choices, patiently working with us and taking care of scheduling details and answering our many questions. The installers all did a great job, the job was done on time, and the floors and carpets look great. Based on this experience, we would definitely recommend McSwain in Beavercreek to anyone.

Our glue down hardwood flooring had a damaged spot due to a water leak from our freezer. The repair was completed by Jeff Bauscher, who was professional and personable. After the repair was completed, you couldn’t tell the spot had been damaged. We are still very happy with the original purchase and thrilled that the repair restores the original floor quality. Our thanks also to Terry (Beavercreek), who sold us the floor about eight years ago and who helped coordinate the repairs. 😃

I called the other day with some questions in order to get an idea of what we need, and the lady (Galy) I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and knowledgeable! They did offer to come out and measure for free too! They are not the cheapest option but just from the phone call I can tell they are a quality company who knows their flooring and will get it done right! As a fellow small business that is important to me! You get what you pay for and it sounds like quality to me! Once we make a decision we will defiantly be ordering through them!

Our retail store was the Beavercreek location. It was a very positive experience and the staff there were very helpful.
The Cincinnati scheduling office and installation crew were equally helpful, prompt, and made sure everything was very much to our satisfaction.
