We really enjoyed our stay at the Graduate this weekend. The front desk staff was always great and helpful. Valet was nice and got our car quickly. I wish the beds were queens not doubles. However, the theme throughout the hotel was great and we loved the location. Will definitely stay here again

Awesome theme and location!

Prime spot in the Short North. Tons of shops and restaurants within steps from the hotel.

Room was clean & bed was comfy. Staff welcoming.

Gym has a couple treadmills, bikes, & weights. Got in a good workout.

Our only complaints are cost of Valet, and they almost maxed out our credit card upon check-in. (Their card reader was malfunctioning so not really their fault)
The rooms are decorated well and clean. Short North area had a plethora of shops and restaurants.
Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay!

Love this hotel brand! I have stayed at the property in Columbia, South Carolina before, but this is my first time at the property in Ohio. Fun hotel concept with the decor theme reflecting the university where the location sits dependent on City. Avery at the front desk was wonderful upon check-in. I was in town staying for the first time for the Arnold sports festival, and arrived well earlier than check in. Fortunately, for me, there was a room available and she let me check in early. The eighth floor had a phenomenal Street view to observe City life go by but also high enough to have a view of the entire city in the direction the room is facing. Location is very walkableto many wonderful restaurants as well as shopping. Only a six minute walk to the convention center if you are in town for a conference or performance.

I stayed here for one night and it was absolutely lovely. The front desk attendants were kind and helpful. They easily accommodated an early check in. The room was clean and well decorated. I enjoyed the complimentary drink and coffee at the adjoining bar/breakfast spot. Will definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay here for two nights over the weekend. The front desk was extremely friendly, my room was clean and comfortable, and the location can't be beat. I was able to walk to the arena within 15 mins and felt safe as a solo female traveler. There are a TON of options for food and drink within walking distance. I was on the top floor and had no noise issues except the usual people in the hallway you get at every hotel. I will absolutely make this my go to place to stay in cbus.

One of the cutest hotel. Perfect location. The only problem is not having a restaurant for breakfast and lunch. You can walk to many of the nearby restaurants.

I’ve been here on several occasions, I absolutely love it! While it is darker than an average hotel/motel room, it is very cozy. The location is great. The staff is great! Very friendly and accommodating. Lots of restaurants nearby. I was more impressed with the age and history of the building than worrying over concrete ceilings. They seem to buffer a lot of the city noise.

The rooms are not like most other hotel chains these days. Dark materials give the rooms a cozy, intimate feeling. High quality bedding, great blackout curtains, and highly effective HVAC combined to give me some of the best sleep I’d had in weeks.

The staff were more than accommodating and the location is perfect for walking to bars, restaurants, coffee, and nearby parks. I’d definitely recommend.

This hotel is fantastic! It’s in a great, convenient location and has convenient and easy valet parking. In addition to this, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the theme is lovely. Also, the lobby smells amazing and is their “signature scent”, so good. You can text them with any issues and they actually respond. Truly the smoothest hotel experience we’ve had.

SUPER clean, very friendly staff, you gotta hit up the bar with bartender Chris (awesome Old Fashioned). Great location right in the middle of a ton of shops and restaurants.

Staff 10/10
The bedrooms are SO awesome! I love the themes. Very clean. Hospitality actually cleans the rooms and replenishes towels unlike other hotel chains. The coffee shop/Bar are an amazing add on. I didn’t realize parking was only valet and it’s $35 PER DAY but that’s on me. Shake shack is also attached and their malts are to DIE for.

I decided to book this hotel based off of the decor alone. It being Christmas time I thought the plaid walls would seem festive.

I am so happy I booked the Graduate. The room was lovely, the hotel staff was great, and the amenities were fantastic. The location is close to everything and lots of stuff to do within walking distance.

If you drive in, know that valet parking at the hotel is $30+ a day with in and out privileges. There is 3-hour on street parking and a garage behind the property if you want to save $5 a day.

Pretty nice place to stay. A little pricey but its location means you will never run out of things to do and you won't need a car to travel if you uber/take the bus to the hotel.

There is valet parking and a parking garage nearby. There is also street parking but it is very unreliable. Plan accordingly.

The rooms are clean and the TV is very nice. The trophy room was closed when I stayed but the lobby has a fountain that fills water bottles, and there is an attached shake shack.

I would stay here again.

The room was definitely smaller than what I expected. The shower was also small. The service was great and the location cannot be beat. I was able to park my car and walk to all areas of interest. The chair in the room which is covered with a fabric resembling John Glenn, was creepy. I did not care for it and kept it covered during my entire stay.

We had a really great experience here. I was able to score a good rate (January). The location is perfect for everything in Short North. The rooms were clean and the theme decor was so cool. Bathrooms were well updated and clean. Definitely recommend!

This place was exceptional! Every issue I had was either solved quickly or treated with patience until a solution was reached.
The room was a nostalgic blast from the past! It reminded me of my parent's basement when I was younger. It was such a spitting image that I felt like I had to sneak my beers in through the window (would have been tough since we were on the 7th floor)
The only thing the room was missing was a haze of stale cigarette (and other recreational inhalant) smoke that just hovers in place directly at eye level to make it look like you were in a dream state. Just like home.

I am going to assume that most people wouldn't enjoy the smoke haze, but the little canned water 6 pack was a great touch.

And I LOVE how there was a painting of white castle sliders hung up in the only place that makes sense...above the toilet. If you don't know why, then you should probably go to a local white castle to experience the reason behind that.

Overall this place was great!
Pros - the lobby was clean and the front desk was friendly. We stayed here overnight as we went to a concert at Kemba Live. It was a 20 min walk from the hotel. We asked the front desk how to get there and she searched the computer to ensure she told us the correct directions. Our room was clean and a decent size. The main street that the hotel is located on has plenty places to eat and drink
Cons- parking was $35 a night. The cafe/bar in the lobby is pricey. Two soft drinks was $9. Our shower head was broke which made it difficult to take a shower, but we made it work.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here. If we are ever in the area again, I would book a room here
