Where to begin...
I don't have much experience with jewelry and when I decided to propose to the love of my life, I was very intimidated by the ring shopping process. Luckily, Silvia was there to take care of me. She took the time to go through all aspects of what to look for in a diamond and helped me decide what values were most important to create the perfect ring.

Every visit throughout this process was so enjoyable. The whole Carioti team is so welcoming; I didn't even feel like I was going to a jewelry store rather visiting family. Silvia was even kind enough to give me her contact information so I could reach out to her with questions that she would promptly answer. Silvia hand picked the perfect diamond and helped me customize the band to create a timeless, yet unique ring that I knew my to-be-fiancé would love! They have several financial options that made it super easy to afford. They went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed before I proposed.

Carioti Jewelers made one of the hardest and most stressful purchases a man can make the easiest and most enjoyable. I am so thankful to have a jeweler for life that I know without a doubt will take care of me!

I rarely buy jewelry, so the experience is typically intimidating for me. I went into Carioti last week to shop for a pair of earrings for my wife. Sylvia helped me and she was awesome. She’s knowledgeable and was very mindful of the budget that I outlined. Sylvia was personable and put no pressure on me whatsoever to buy anything in particular. Carioti’s had a good selection of earrings and my wife loved the pair that Sylvia helped me pick out. Just a really good experience and Carioti’s will be my first stop (and likely the last) for any jewelry purchases in the future!

Wow. I can’t say enough good things about this place! My husband actually had my dream engagement ring designed here using my great grandmother‘s diamonds from her ring. He had a vision, and Chris brought it to life. He was efficient and the design was stunning. We then returned to have my band custom made here to fit the engagement ring. We worked with john this time, Chris’s brother. I wanted a very specific curved band and John brainstormed with me some ideas of how we could do it the way I wanted with the budget we had. It came out so perfect and everywhere I go I get complements. I love stopping in to get my ring cleaned as it always reveals it’s stunning beauty! This family business is amazing. Go in and trust great service and beautiful jewelry.

We have been working with Chris for over 20 years. It’s amazing how well he knows our tastes and what we will like. Everything he does for us is amazing and always get compliments from friends and strangers. I cannot recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed.

Carioti Jewelers is great! I came to them with a project to create a custom wedding band with some heirloom diamonds, I worked with Chris the entire time and he was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. Even when we experienced a few bumps in the road, he handled them so smoothly. I would highly recommend this jeweler to anyone and everyone, and I intend to go back for any future jewelry needs!

I could not ask for a better experience when it comes to designing my engagement ring. My now fiance and I came to Carioti and they helped us design the perfect ring. Sylvia is very knowledgeable and personable, great personality. She did not stop looking until I got exactly what I wanted. We always felt so welcomed each time we had an appointment. I was expecting a much higher price than what we received. Carioti gives your the biggest bang for your buck. Bought an engagement ring from Carioti in 2018. I worked with Chris to choose the right ring. He was extremely helpful and kind, as I had no clue what I was looking for. He explained the different characteristics of a diamond and what's important when choosing one. He spent a lot of time assisting me, and I love what we decided on. I highly recommend these guys!

We can't recommend Carioti Jewelers enough. When my husband and I started looking at engagement rings, we worked with John and he did a fantastic job educating us, walking us through all the things we should consider, and answering our questions, and not once did we feel any pressure. The ring he helped us create is stunning, as are the other pieces we've purchased since (both wedding bands and a pair of earrings). In addition to high quality jewelry, the customer service is top notch. We also felt like they were very reasonably priced. We refer Carioti (especially John!) to all of our friends and can't say enough good things about them.

Carioti Jewelers exceeded my expectations in every way! I needed a jeweler who would be able to take two existing diamonds from my grandmothers and turn them into a custom wedding ring. However, I was also on a budget and was not sure this would be possible within my price range. Chris at Carioti not only helped me design a wedding ring that is so beautiful and sentimental but the price was also very affordable. Carioti was helpful every step of the way from designing my ring to making sure it fit perfectly with my existing engagement ring and did not stop until it was perfect. I cannot say enough positive things about Carioti and highly suggest anyone visit them especially for engagement/wedding rings!

My great grandmother left me a diamond I wanted to use for my engagement ring. Every place tried to get me to buy a new diamond. Carioti was the only place that compliment my diamond and gave me exactly want I wanted without trying to oversell me. I recommend them to everyone because this is the only jeweler that listened to me. They are also super flexible with my schedule and have stayed later to meet me. 100% the best people you can work with!

I absolutely loved working with Sylvia and her husband at Carioti Jewelers! Sylvia made the engagement ring buying process so seamless. I came to Sylvia after many months of looking for the perfect stone, even after looking high and low in the Los Angeles Diamond District. Without a doubt Sylvia was offered us the best price I could possibly find. I even went back to Carioti Jewelers for wedding bands after seeing the steep prices at jewelers like Kay and Jared. This was all done virtually during the pandemic since my fiance and I are located in Southern California and it was an easy and enjoyable process. I highly recommend them for anyone considering working with Sylvia and her team!

I couldn't recommend Carioti Jewelers any higher. The process of getting an engagement ring from them was one of the easiest things I've ever done. They were very willing to work within my budget, didn't pressure me to buy something out of my budget, offered great options and even custom made the ring for us. John was highly professional and gave me his undivided attention even when someone arrived who looked like they had more money to spend. They provided an appraisal with the ring & good recommendations on insurance. More importantly she loved it, and said yes.

I was looking for a pair of diamond earrings for my wife’s birthday and Sylvia was recommended to me by a mutual friend. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable and found several pairs for us to consider. Sylvia worked very hard to find the best pair for my budget and my wife was delighted with them! I certainly won’t complain about the price as it was considerably cheaper than the big chain stores and a much better experience. I will certainly buy from Carioti Jewelers again! Sylvia and John are really genuine people and took the time to make sure I understood what is important when buying the right pair of diamonds. Highly recommended!

You can definitely feel the family-owned mentality when you are greeted by Jon, Sylvia, and Chris. They are caring, reasonably priced, professional, and experts in their field. We had our engagement and wedding rings customized and they came out amazing.

I've also had several pieces remade, fixed, or melted down via their goldsmith. They take such great care of your jewelry. We will be life long customers. 10/10 recommend!

I was referred to Sylvia Carioti last year by my insurance agent when my 20-year-old diamond solitaire engagement ring needed repair after a break in the band. I was beyond happy with the repair, the price, and most of all, Sylvia's customer care. She spent quality time with me, truly listened, and offered me more than one option--giving me her honest opinion that if it was her she would replace the entire setting. I ultimately chose not to because of current budget, and she performed the repair I requested while ALSO quoting me an excellent price for a new setting should I choose to do that in the future. I'm very happy with the repair and how my ring has worn since then.

I visited Sylvia again this month to take an heirloom ring of my grandmother's from 1940 and separate the fused-together diamond engagement ring and diamond wedding band to create two rings. The result was excellent and for such a low cost that it amazed me.

The Carioti family operates their business with honesty, caring, and the utmost artistic design ability and craftsmanship, providing a price that no big box jeweler can touch. I'll never go anywhere else, and my husband will soon be visiting to discuss a Rolex watch repair that Sylvia tells me they can do for about half of what we were quoted at a larger store. You will love this family business for your fine jewelry needs!

Above and beyond expectational customer service, super fast turnaround on ring resizing and appraisal, phenomenal finished product. Couldn't be happier with John and his team and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Carioti Jewelers is amazing! Easy to work with, beautiful jewelry, and very fairly priced. After trying on way too many wedding bands at multiple jewelry stores and feeling both overwhelmed and disappointed at not finding what I wanted in a fair price range, I was recommended to come here by a friend who had gotten both engagement ring and wedding bands here and I’m so glad I stopped in. I found exactly what I wanted at a price far below what other ‘big box’ stores were trying to sell me. John was nice and easy to work with. I will continue to do any follow up care with my rings here.
