My girlfriend and I stopped in to look at watches for a special gift and ended up purchasing a stunning Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra at a very fair price. Alexander was friendly and extremely helpful with recommendations, along with explaining differences between each brand and style. We never felt rushed or pressured either. They have a great collection of all the big luxury brands like Omega, Rolex, Patek, AP etc, plus plenty of other more affordable options like Hamilton & Tudor and even vintage watches. I would definitely recommend Alexander’s for anyone looking for pre-owned watches in Columbus!

Gabriele was so helpful and found us exactly what we needed. The other associates let us try on everything and gave us tons of information on the pieces even when they knew we were there for a specific item. Will be back for any and all jewelry needs! They were so kind helping my mom and I pick a watch out! They have a beautiful selection of watches and jewelry. They have extensive knowledge of different brands of watches that go beyond your typical Rolex. Definitely stop in if you are looking for something special and unique.

I looked all over Columbus to have a ring repaired. My mother has had the ring for over 40 years. The stone had fallen out. Because it was a Connemara marble, everywhere else said they couldn't do it. At Alexander's Jewelers they were so helpful in the specifics of what needed to be done. The entire staff was so friendly and they made me laugh because of the oddity of the situation. When they finished the ring, it looked brand new. I would highly recommend getting jewelry here, they have a beautiful selection. I would also recommend them for repairs. They absolutely exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

Alexanders is an extremely high quality and professional business. They offer a large collection that covers any style you are looking for. They’ll even customize a ring if you like the setting but desire a different cut of diamond, like we did with ours. The in-store ring had a pear shape diamond with trillions on the sides, and they swapped the out pear for the marquise cut I loved and created my dream engagement ring.

Wow! I would highly recommend Alexander’s Jewelers! It had been awhile since I had been able to wear my engagement and wedding rings (too small). Life was busy and I completely forgot to get them resized before an important event I had wanted to wear them to. I gave a call on a Saturday (they are closed on Sundays) and asked if there was any way they could help resize my rings same day. They said yes! They were so incredibly kind to help me and did not act bothered in the slightest by my (inconvenient) request. They got it done within a few hours for me! The store was busy too, so I can’t write it off to it having been a slow day for them- they just really wanted to help!

All of their products are absolutely beautiful inside! I will definitely be a return customer!

I LOVE Alexander Jewelers. I highly recommend and can’t say it enough. Their customer service is impeccable and you feel so welcomed and cared for when you go in. They fixed my grandfathers necklace and they’re the only jewelers I trust to fix something that is so special to me. Gabriele is an angle and she always brightens my day when I see her.
