Hyatt Regency Columbus

My stay at the Hyatt Regency in Columbus, OH, was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, which exuded a sense of luxury and comfort. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making my stay incredibly relaxing. What stood out even more was the exceptional personnel. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their dedication to service truly made a difference. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Whether I wanted to explore the city or head to the lively Short North area, everything was within walking distance—no more than a 10-minute walk, with Short North just 2 minutes away. This convenience added so much value to my trip. If you're looking for a luxurious, comfortable stay in Columbus with top-notch service and an incredible location, the Hyatt Regency is an outstanding choice. I will definitely choose this hotel for future visits.

Rooms are CLEAN! Beds are oh so comfy and so are the pillows! Microwave is by the elevators if needed. Elevators are fast! Bar food is delicious 😋 staff are so friendly! Andrew at the front desk is VERY nice! Quick walk to the convention center. 10/10 recommend and would come back!

It is a nice hotel. The cafe and stores leave a lot to be desired, very cookie cutter, price gouging because they can... They would be better with personal touch amenities, like something with a chef, or where they really bake stuff or have a real barista. Pretty bland... But clean. Oh and the bed sucked ass... For what we paid we deserve a comfortable bed, both our backs hurt for a day afterwards. We didn't bother to complain because we likely will never be back. Can't knock the service or location.

Hotel was nice and clean, all the staff were friendly. Valet service was quick. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

I'm a tried and true Marriott customer, but I was very impressed with the Hyatt from the second I pulled up. The Valet staff was friendly and helpful. My bags were loaded and brought to my room. The hotel was gorgeous. It was so spacious and had several restaurants/food options. Our room was also spacious. We weren't on top of each other and there were 2 comfy chairs to sit on. It was the first hotel room I've been in that had clean windows and I could see the beautiful city below. 10+ stars! Wish there were more Hyatt's to choose from as I travel quite a bit!

We love all Hyatt facilities and staff but here at Hyatt Regency Columbus you will meet the most friendly and accommodating guest services and hotel staff member, it’s Andrew especially was amazing he was kind and his welcoming manner and smile just made us feel at home and created a welcoming atmosphere. He was incredibly helpful and overall just a great person who made our stay much more comfortable and memorable. We appreciate him so much and all other staff who helped us enjoy our trip and stay.

Stayed here for the Charli xcx concert. The location is great for walking around downtown. Andrew at the front desk was about as personable as anyone can be and the hotel is lucky to have someone like him there

I am peticular when it comes to hotel rooms. I couldn’t have been happier with how clean the room was. The room was modern, huge tv, comfy couch, with all the amentities. The staff were helpful and the surrounding shops made it convenient to get food or coffee without even going outside. The parking garage (just before the hotel in the right) was staffed with friendly people, well lit, clean, and connected directly to the hotel. My F150 barely fit, but it made it. Larger parking garage was a block away on vine.

Just had the most wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Columbus and it was truly a five-star experience! A big thank you to the amazing bellman Adil for his outstanding assistance and exceptional courtesy throughout my stay. If you're looking for top-notch service and a memorable stay, Hyatt Regency Columbus is the place to be!

I have never experienced a more proactively helpful hotel staff. Jim, Larissa, and Aziz were immense helps with printing some documents and tracking down a missing Target delivery.

This is an incredibly convenient hotel with direct, indoor access to the convention center and also very close to Nationwide Arena where the Blue Jackets play hockey. Check-in was fast, the gentleman at the counter gracious and friendly.

My room was nice, small but still adequate. The bedroom had a king bed flanked by nightstands. A mini fridge (very mini) was in a cabinet beneath a safe and coffee pot. The wall also had a desk with drawers. There were lots of plugs for charging devices. There was only one chair in the room, which made bringing meals there somewhat uncomfortable but workable.

The bathroom was especially small, with minimal counter space, though a shelf below gave a space to stash toiletries. The shower was easy to operate with great water pressure. Pump units on the wall dispensed shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The toilet functioned well; the brown bamboo fiber toilet paper was unusual but not bad.

The room was on the 10th floor and fairly quiet but for infrequent sirens and passing trains in the tunnel down below. The hall noise usually didn’t carry inside. The room and the hotel itself were very well maintained, perhaps remodeled recently.

As for the general facilities, there were four elevators and they worked fast. It never took long to get around. The convention facilities were not hard to find thanks to abundant signs; the direct access was from the second floor. I really liked that a food court was close by indoors, and North Market was just outside and a few blocks away.

I would definitely stay here again.

The Hyatt is definitely top tier. It’s clean, great service, and decent food. I say decent because they could season it a bit more. Overall the staff is friendly and ready to serve you. It’s not like a motel room for sure.

Deluxe King on 9th floor was spacious with a gorgeous view of the city at night. Loved being just around the corner from the elevator. Community microwave was a nice plus.

I was there for 10 nights for USA Fencing Summer Nationals tournament. It's a great hotel if you are doing things at the convention center. There are a lot of local restaurants, stores and shops around the area. They even have a Starbucks just outside the hotel.

The Hyatt has a parking garage that is open to the public. The price is friendly and it's never super crowded. My wife and I park here for pretty much any downtown Columbus event.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfy. Hotel was clean and had large meeting areas for our conference we were attending.

My friend (Jennifer Swift) and I stayed here for a book event. The hotel was pleasant and clean. The staff was wonderful, even with how crazy busy it was. I want to greatly thank Jim, who helped us get a cab around 3 in the morning when I needed to rush to the hospital. I didn't get the chance to thank him. He's a wonderful employee and I'm sorry for making him worry. Please extend my gratitude to him for all his help.
