Hilton Columbus Downtown

We stayed at the Hilton Columbus Downtown for our wedding and found it to be a great experience. The hotel was clean, tidy, and the staff was welcoming. The valet service was convenient for our frequent trips, and our corner suite offered plenty of space and separation between the bedroom and gathering area. We really enjoyed the roof top bar to spend time with family at the hotel. It was perfect for our bridal party to get ready with hair and makeup. We enjoyed taking photos in the sky bridge too. Highly recommend for anyone preparing for a downtown Columbus wedding!

From the moment I pulled up and valet greeted me I knew my family & I were in for a real treat. The staff at the front were AMAZING. The food was AMAZING. The property itself was a 10/10 clean. Literally had employees scrubbing the floors with machines and buffers. Thanks again for another great stay. I'm a loyal Hilton fan. You always get a good experience with Hilton !

Was a very pleasant experience. Service no complaints, we were well treated.
You have to pay for breakfast but it was very good.
Location great. Very large hotel with several restaurants and bars.
You also have to pay for parking.

What a beautiful hotel! I travel often and this is one of my favorites. My favorite part is the front desk associate Melissa! She went above and beyond for my family and I. She is absolutely INCREDIBLE! The valet team was superb! I really enjoyed my corner king suite. The view is impeccable. Highly recommend!

Great location with a restaurant in lower level and bar top floor, staff was excellent very friendly, and the room I had was marvelous idk what other word to use. I will say my 1 negative was the mattress in the room. I wish I would've tested it immediately and I just know the situation would've been remedied. Staff made it right when I brought it to their attention. So yes, stay here and make sure any issue is addressed asap. Definitely worth the stay. I'll be back for sure! Looking at December for another staycation. Thank you Hilton Downtown Columbus for making our stay memorable!

Hands down the cleanest, most beautiful hotel in Columbus and the service is A+++++. This is my #1 go-to hotel anytime I stay downtown. They have everything, pool, workout, great parking, valet, electric vehicle charging and even a bridge to the convention center! A must stay!

Amazing hotel!! I was just recently here with my dad for Animate! Columbus and this hotel definitely did not disappoint. Both towers are connected straight to the convention center and are easy to navigate, which both helped a TON.
Room wasn't really all that special but had lots of storage and an amazing view of the convention center.

Great hotel! The service and rooms have been great. The food served at the convention in attending has left a little to be desired. It's not great, but the quality of this hotel makes it for it.

The hotel is awesome. I haven’t stayed here since they added a second tower. What made the business trip was Cassidy and Nate in the cocktail lounge, called Spark on the second floor. They made for a great evening experience!! If there was only one thing I would improve, it was the valet service. At one point I stood at the valet desk after no one came to my vehicle and three guys appeared and just stared at me from behind the desk.

Beautiful hotel, the room was perfect and clean. This is a pet friendly hotel, but be mindful if you have a pet that needs to go outside to potty there isn't many options outside the hotel for a grassy area. You have to walk about a block down to the park.

We stayed here for a quick weekend in Columbus for a Crew game.

The front desk was very helpful and the rooms were great.

I'm going to start off saying that the valet team was amazing! Very friendly and extremely helpful, going above and beyond. We stayed in the new tower, and all I'm going to say is wow, very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, I never sleep through the night and I did there! I don't want to use the term bellhops, so I'm going to use attendants, I'm not sure if they are part of the valet team, but they need to bottle that up and send it to all hotels! They unloaded our van, AND took it up for us and unloaded it. When we left, they came up, loaded us up and put it all back in. We were there for a book signing at the convention center, so this was perfect for us with everything being connected. Lots of things to do in the area within walking distance also. Great stay for us!

I would highly recommend having your wedding at the Hilton! Jody and Alishia were wonderful to work with, and they were just as excited to help me as I was to get married. My wedding was really small (~30 people), but I was never made to feel less-than or unimportant. They helped me plan everything, and their staff executed the plans flawlessly on our wedding day. The guests still talk about how beautiful and how well the wedding was.

The King Deluxe Suite we were provided was spacious and had all the amenities we could want and need (and they even delivered wine and chocolate-covered strawberries the night we wed). Plenty of room for the hair/makeup artist and for beautiful pre-wedding photos.

Good clean hotel. Fitness center was nice (rowing ergs, a full rack, sprinting treadmills?!?!?!). Bed was comfortable. Caterered food was average.

One of the staff members ( Dillion) went above and beyond to help me retrieve a lost sweater that was very sentimental to me. Thank you Dillion, your kindness did not go unnoticed. Will stay here again in the future.

I just have to say that we just stayed there and we had a little bit of an issue with the front desk girl but the manager Dillon took care of us it was my birthday trip and he went above and beyond my expectations of what he brought up to the room for a gift. Made sure he were taken care of I wanted to say thank you to him for that.

The staff was the sweetest and most professional. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious! We were also a 4 minute walk from boutiques, restaurants, hair salons, bars, bakeries, galleries, etc. I already told my boyfriend this is the only place we will be staying at anytime we're in Columbus.

Great hotel, attached to the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Just a short walk, all indoors, from your hotel room to the convention center. Accommodations were great and there were on-site dining options. 5/5 stars!

I had an amazing stay here at the Hilton! The rooms were very comfortable, the service was great, and the amenities made my stay super relaxing. Definitely a go-to for a great experience. Highly recommend!

Great stay! Very comfortable and plenty of food options within walking distance! North Market is a must visit! African, Korean, Italian, it’s all there!!
