We had an excellent experience with our most recent purchases at Bassett. Tiffany Barrett assisted us through the entire process and was outstanding to work with from start to finish. She listened to what we were looking for, providing suggestions and guidance all along the way. I also relied on her interior design skills to assist us in what would work best in the space we had to work with. She was able to provide a computerized floor plan which was so helpful! In addition, it was so refreshing to work with someone who was not a high pressured salesperson and worked at our pace. I highly recommend Tiffany as your sales consultant to work with when you visit Bassett at the Easton location.

I cannot say enough positive thing about Tiffany Barrett!! She was patient with us through our process of deciding what we wanted or liked in the showroom. She gave us room to think but she was around to help when we needed it. At one point she was with 4 different families and she was still able to be there for our needs. Her personality was always joyful and made the whole process of buying furniture less painful. It makes us wish she sold cars also.

In a recent visit to Columbus, we stopped into Bassett Furniture. We had been looking for a while for a chair and a half that would fit within a limited space. Tom Peppler was our sales rep and not only did he find what we were looking for but he made the entire experience pleasurable. They were having a great sale on custom sofas. I highly recommend Basset if you're looking for nice furniture and ask for Tiffany. She's the best!

Tiffany was extremely helpful and very patient during our search for the right sectional for our sunroom. I need to emphasize the patience as my wife and I went back and forth on the choice of fabric, cushions, arms etc. We never felt pressured and she followed up with us after our purchase and made sure our pickup and delivery went well.

Tom Peppler is hands down the finest consultant with furniture, decorating and design I have ever experienced. On a scale of 1 - 10, I give him a 14. He is as good as anyone I have ever seen on TV. His professionalism is outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone.

As first-time homeowners looking to thoughtfully update a mid-century home, we've had the pleasure of working closely with Bassett designer Kerry Alaura since early 2022. We hope to complete a number of other wishlist projects we've discussed with her, as well, as each collaborative renovation spawns new ideas.

Kerry's been lovely to work with both in-store or in our home, proving to be unfailingly professional, patient, and attentive. Her clear and thorough communication has seen us through several longer-term design-and-builds without anxiety or surprises.

Most especially, though, we couldn't appreciate more Kerry's ability to read our personal style and translate that into fabulous new additions that perfectly resonate with our house. It's that keen sense of hers that keeps us coming back!

Tom at Easton is wonderful to work with. He took the time to really understand our style, and he has a fantastic eye for great design. I couldn’t be happier!

My husband and I absolutely despised our old couches and we wanted to invest in a long term quality couch. We shopped around a whole lot but ended up with Bassett because of their ease of customization and level of service. Everything from the first encounter to the delivery has been great.
