They almost always have what I need here. You’ll wanna try to get Collin at the parts counter, the man is a wizard and a great people person and always knows how to find everything.

I had the most fun I have had in my bathroom remodel at Carr Supply. Sarah took her time to show me around the store, gave me a catalog to take home to look over my choices and more than that, made three different PDFs of my choices to help me narrow down the most cost-effective choice. Amazing service a dude name geno kidder whent above and beyond and properly organized the freight after the shipper had mixed the load he could have easily ignored but he whent the extra mile i would happily bring another shipment here

Just got back from Carr Supply on a beautiful July afternoon. I wish I could remember all of the guys' names who helped, which was about 4-5. I got there at 4:35, and had to ask a bunch of questions about what I needed as the place is gearing up to close. But these guys knew their business and did what I almost never get at Lowe's. They got me everything on my list in about 10 minutes and got me out of there. Thanks fellas!

The best hvac supply house in Ohio, Collin Randal always go above and beyond to help out, all staffs are friendly and always try their best to find whatever you need.

Worked at Columbus branch , great staff nd ownership moved to Florida or else I would still be there enjoying the work day, anyway just got back in the field here in Florida and needed some tools and testing items called back and my man James Branson took great care of me!

Great place to find those obscure HVAC and plumbing parts! Needed a part and was in a pinch. They had exactly what I needed!
