Drury Plaza Hotel Columbus Downtown

We were visiting from out of town for a music festival and we really enjoyed our stay. They offer a happy hour drink voucher, a restaurant, included breakfast, indoor and outdoor pool and the rooms felt comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! My only feedback was the parking had to be taken off our bill twice. Once when we checked in and again when we checked out even though we did not utilize the parking. Other than that it was a great stay

Stayed here for one night to attend a concert. Check in was super easy and so was parking. We added early check in to our stay so we could take advantage of the pool before the concert and the hot tub and pool were amazing. All the free food was 10/10 especially the taco bar ! Would definitely stay here again

Our overnight at the Drury Inn was a 10/10. Every staff person we encountered was kind and genuinely helpful. The hotel itself is incredibly clean and well-cared for. Our room was the same. The indoor/outdoor pool was really neat! Dinner and breakfast were the icing on the cake. We truly have nothing bad to say about our experience and can’t wait to stay again.

Great location and excellent for the price. I would definitely stay here again due to the amenities and location. I recommend staying here. And Jordan the manager was professional and friendly and when it was extremely busy, he rolled up his sleeves to help! Great Job! I have travelled regularly for work and pleasure throughout the US. This hotel would be in my top three hotels (that includes Vegas, Orlando, etc). Very clean, breakfast and happy hour was great, the entire staff was personable and responsive. Bathroom shower was perfect - shower head was at the right height, water pressure was great, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner was in a dispenser by shower head, AND the tub was not a slick-narrow-curved-porcelain slip hazard. Bonus points for the soft close toilet seat. Security was solid and parking garage was also safe. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely one of the better hotels I've ever stayed in. The service was unmatched (always greeted, polite, helpful). The kickback and breakfast didn't taste like that typical hotel food, it was actually great! Rooms were very clean and location was great. Would most definitely stay again.

My son and I stayed at Drury Inn, between appointments at Nationwide & if I could give more than 5 stars I would & we will definitely be staying again! It was close to the hospital & next to the convention center.
The staff was amazing (especially Leslie at the front desk)!!
Parking was secure, convenient and free.
When we checked in, we were told there would be a free dinner spread from 5-7. It was delicious and filling. I was also given 3 drink vouchers to use during those times.
The pool (indoor/outdoor) and hot tub were both great! Nice area and not crowded.
The room (a standard king) was luxurious and comfortable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The star of the show is Leslie, the general manager. She offered a warm, enthusiastic greeting at check in. Later that evening she was helping the team by clearing tables from dinner. She is a leader who shows how it is done. Kudos!

A friend stayed here during a convention weekend and we linked up at the lobby for a drink. We were shocked by the accommodations and how great the staff was. They were cool with guest motorcycle parking, a slick indoor/outdoor pool, and was clean. If they have the drink tickets and buffet dinning included dont hesitate staying here.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I travel on business frequently and I've stayed here 4-5 times. The hotel exceeds expectations. It is clean, comfortable, and the staff ALL go out of their way to make sure every guest is taken care of. In addition, they serve breakfast, happy hour, dinner and there is a restaurant also on property with good food at reasonable prices. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. Yes, you can pay more - but why?

Overall great experience. We were in town for a concert. Very convenient location. Love the covered and secured parking. Our room was very clean. I believe the name on the housekeeping card was Kaylee. Thank you. I like to do walk thru videos right after check in and right before check out for a peace of mind. You can tell Kaylee does her job well.

Front desk was amazing. Smooth process. Very informative of all the amenities. Loved the happy hour gathering. Drinks and food were yummy and a nice touch. We loved the new kitchen + bar down in the lobby, too. Staff were very outgoing and welcoming. They were not shy about striking up convo and making sure we were happy. Holly D., the manager was phenomenal. Very personable and attentive. It was nice seeing a manager floating around helping staff and conversing with guests instead of hidden in an office. Thank you, Holly and staff. We will be back the next time we’re in Columbus!

Great hotel to stay at in Downtown Columbus. Free hot breakfast and evening appetizer and drinks. Kids enjoyed the pool and late night pizza from on-site restaurant, Kitchen Bar, which has great and friendly staff. Journiee & Jon were awesome and very friendly in serving us for a late night meal.

Parking on-site is very inexpensive for a Downtown hotel and allows you to come and go as you please with no extra fees. We will definitely return whenever we come back to town.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is *gorgeous*, and the daily hot breakfast was excellent. I love the afternoon wind-down, and the selection of food available was surprisingly filling. I can also recommend The Kitchen: they make a great pizza!

Lower prices don’t always equate to “you get what you pay for”. We’ve never had a bad experience at a Drury location and this time was no different. We had a discount so I booked us a suite just for the extra space. Room was clean and well put together. Our toilet was running but someone came up within the hour and fixed it before we left for dinner. Of course you can’t beat their 5:30-7 kickback where you can get free drinks and snacks. Their snacks are things that can basically be dinner if you don’t want to eat out. The drinks are not full shots of liquor, so when they say 3 free drinks, they are maybe 1/2oz shots (but they are free so no complaints). I just asked for all three at once and grabbed a full size Diet Coke from the (free) fountain station (which is also open and avail alll day). There is also free breakfast in the mornings- biscuits, gravy, eggs, hash browns, waffles, pancakes, cereal, toast, etc. This location also had a Kitchen + Bar that’s open from 5p- midnight. We stopped by for a night cap around 11:30 after being at a show downtown. Even though it was almost closing time and they were cleaning up, our bartenders were so nice and the drinks were great. We ended up just taking our drinks upstairs so they could finish up but they didn’t try to hurry us or anything. All the staff we came across were so nice and welcoming. There was one server that worked the kickback that remembered us both nights and for breakfast even though she only saw us for two seconds at a time and was serving hundreds of ppl (there was an anime convention next door). There is parking attached to the building that was $19 a night I think. Location was great and we didn’t feel unsafe at any point in the area. Only gripe was the hot tub wasn’t very hot when we were in it. More like warm bath water. Wasn’t bad just I was looking forward to more heat after walking around German Village all day.

The most impressive hotel I have ever witnessed from their customer service to the treatment of employees. The culture of this hotel is so positive, genuine and 100% driven by wanting each guest to have an amazing experience. I have stayed at many elite hotels in large Metropolitan areas that aren't even a fraction as customer focused as Drury.

We arrive an hour before our check in. The manager on duty was so nice that let us check in before our time. Ms Holly thank you for going above and beyond. Making sure we were taking care of. Being kind and talk to our daughter who is going to OSU. All the other employees were kind and sweet. Drury will be our home away from home.

First time staying here and it was amazing! I love how secure the building and parking is. The breakfast was amazing! So many options. The room was super clean and spacious. Every single employee we ran into was so genuinely nice and helpful. Definitely will be back. ❤

For over 15 years the Drury has been our place to stay in Columbus. The staff, facility and amenities are outstanding. The newly remodeled first floor is outstanding. A great place to have any evening beverage and something to eat

I travel more than the average person. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels. Let me tell yall, this hotel is the BEST that I've ever stayed at! Matter of fact this is my only hotel from here on out that I'll book when in Columbus. The customer service, outstanding! The rooms, so clean and quiet. The beds were so comfortable! Not to mention you get 3 free alcoholic beverages and free food between 5:30-7pm. And the free breakfast, AMAZING. I can't say enough great things about this place. As a matter of fact, after writing this review, I'll be booking again for June. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Parking is 19.00 a night. Totally worth it! I can't wait to return! See yall in June!

My wife and I are blown away by how awesome our experience was. We had a great time while staying here during the Arnold expo. The food and drink options were great and easily added hundreds of dollars of value to our stay. Staff was awesome as well. We can't wait to come back next year.
