Tree Farm Bed & Breakfast

Definitely a place worth returning to! Plenty of trails on the property to explore. Innkeeper/owner and her husband were both extremely hospitable. Breakfast was the perfect combination of healthy and sinful. The inn was cozy. Bedrooms were comfy. Very short drive into Watkins Glen.

This is a small family run bed and breakfast, Kim is a very attentive host each day you are served a different freshly prepared breakfast that she cooks from scratch of her choice but still caters to individual needs. There is a different baked treat waiting everyday for your return to be enjoyed with an unlimited amount of hot and cold beverages. The house is set in beautiful surroundings that you can freely walk and enjoy. An enjoyable experience felt like we were visiting friends as all guests sat on 1 big table.

We stayed here September 18th to the 20th 2023 and we had a wonderful time. Kim was a sweetheart and her breakfast and treats were delicious. Rooms were clean and very accommodating. The front porch with rocking chairs was a plus and very close to Watkins Glenn and alot of the wineries.
I recommend it highly.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this beautiful and cozy bed and breakfast. First of all, the freshly cooked breakfasts in the morning are so delicious and not something you could get at a hotel. Second, the pictures are deceiving, as the innkeepers, Kim and Rob, are working on updating the entire area and the kitchen and sitting rooms are brand new with Smart TV. They’ve also told us they’ll be working on updating the guest rooms as well over the next few years, but even now the rooms are cozy and have everything you need to sleep soundly. Third, their love and welcome for our husky Winter was so wonderful. Winter loved his vacation on the farm, where he enjoyed the great hiking trails on the property. Finally, Kim and Rob really went above and beyond when my partner was injured on a hike, walking our dog for us so I could stay in the ER with him. It’s also a great location to get to wineries, breweries, and many hiking trails. Not sure where to go or have choice paralysis? Ask Kim and Rob, they will have so many great suggestions for you!

Great place to stay. Trees all around, all full of amazing colors. Innkeeper Kim friendly and welcoming. Breakfast delicious. Clean neat charming. If you come to this area a must to stay.

I really enjoyed staying there! It’s a lovely place and the owner does everything to make your stay enjoyable. The home cooked breakfasts are make fresh that morning while some of us sat at the large dining table drinking coffee or beverage of their choice while Kim was in the kitchen cooking for us. The breakfasts are delicious and vey filling! We already booked our rooms for next year! 💐

We loved our stay at Tree Farm Bed And Breakfast. It’s in a great location in Dundee NY off the main road close to wineries and Watkins Glens. Kim is a sweetheart and makes the best breakfasts! The property is vast and has some very nice hiking trails. Highly recommend .

Our host Kim was so kind and sweet. The inn we were going to stay at originally double booked and Kim was able to provide a room for us when we had nowhere else to go. Her breakfast was a treat and our room was comfortable. Thank you Kim for being awesome!

One of the best places to stay in Watkins Glen area. Rob and Kim are such great hosts and make you feel at home when staying there.

This was my first time at the Tree Farm B&B (1-4 Nov 19). I went with a group of friends on a wine tasting tour of Seneca Lake. One of the people in the group has been staying at this B&B for several years (that truly says something good about the B&B and it's owners). The B&B is several years old (old barn turned into B&B in 1991). So, the place looked "lived in". It was warm, comfortable, and inviting. The front porch beckoned you to just sit a rock away the cares of the day. The property was absolutely beautiful! The trails were wide and easy to walk through. Kim, the Inn-Keeper was extremely accommodating. Tree Farm B&B is pet friendly. This was a godsend for me since my pet sitter bailed on me and I was unable to get another. Also, a majority of the wineries are pet friendly too (huge plus)! Chloe loved running through the property and trails early in the morning. Kim made an awesome breakfast for our group and sat with us as we ate. It was like being with family. She even cooked a special breakfast of eggs for Chloe when she wouldn't eat. Not many would do that. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Our group had a marvelous time and are looking to go back again. I, myself, will be making reservations soon to return in the spring. Thank you Kim for making a mini-vacation stress-free and enjoyable.

Kim and Rob are pro inn keepers. The location is quiet and private. The entire property is well maintained and clean. We would definitely return.

Absolutely charming and peaceful. Innkeepers are wonderful! Fresh eggs everyday, tasty breakfast and great conversation! Must visit for a warm and cozy retreat!

Great alternative to a hotel! Clean quiet and friendly. You'll be welcomed at the front door upon arrival, given information about the local area and things to explore. Just minutes from downtown, the wineries and the Gorge Trails. Would stay again in a heart beat.

The staff was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was better than I expected. The House was located in a nice country area. My wife and I will definetly go again!
