They had just what I needed. Asked directions to my specific product as I came through the door. They pointed me in the right direction and had the product in stock. I was through the pay line and out the door in 5 minutes. Got my day on track super fast and I didn't need to wait several days for Amazon to ship it. SCORE!!! Definitely recommend!

We visited Best Buy today to buy my in-laws a new TV after their old one died. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything we needed! We ended up with a nice flat-screen that was on sale as well as a wall-mount and sound-bar.

He also let me know that we could bring the old TV back and drop it off through their recycling program. We will definitely be taking advantage of that this week!

It started out slow because I had to find a salesperson but once he came over the service was good. The individual that came to help me knew his stuff and was very friendly even after asking him so many questions.

I spent money and saved money and was treated very well today.. Washer, dryer, TV, mount, soundbar and a screen saver for my phone... I appreciated the good deals and friendly employees.. The wait time wasn't that bad, considering what I was there for and got all the information that I needed. Thanks Best Buy!... I even got $100 off fir my purchase of the TV, for buying the washer and Dryer.

This locations has always been a great experience overall. Good staff always willing to help and professional. This store is pretty big so there is lots to choose from.

My husband and I frequent this Beat Buy quite a bit and are always appreciative of the quality customer service that we receive here, whether we are shopping for new appliances and electronics or bringing something in to be repaired/replaced through our Total Tech membership.

They have all the electronics and TV's you need. The geek squad is very handy also for your computer needs!

I came in on 9/3 today,a Sunday and it wasn't too busy. I do have to say the guy who checked me out was the sweetest I've ever met. He had a beautiful wolf necklace on and even told me about his cat! (Since i didn't get his name I can only describe him.) But he was so nice went out of his way. I hope he gets something for it. Thank you.

Wyatt hooked it up with an amazing new Chromebook that I absolutely ADORE! :) Ask about the open box deals. I'm extremely happy with my open box Asus Chromebook. It was like 150 cheaper than getting it brand new. All of the open box stuff goes through geek squad to make sure it's all legit. 10/10 love best buy! <3

The employees were all friendly and offered to help. The prices were standard compared to similar stores. Lots of fun tech to look at.

Good place to shop but I am not tech savvy. They have people to try and help with that.

Gus is great! He helped my Family with getting newer phones and even took care of the returns of the older ones. The other staff were nice, helpful and friendly as well. Keep up the great work guys.

Instead of going through our cell phone carriers to get new cell phones, we decided to try Best Buy out and we're very pleasantly surprised. Not only could we get one to two years same as cash for the new phones, but we were not bound for another one to three years with our cell phone. Also phones can be covered for up to two years with the new support options in an upfront price of $200, or we could go monthly and pay $9 per line which is half the cost of what a carrier would charge for their coverage I don't think we'll ever buy cell phones from anyone else!

Joan Was amazing and made my experience very remarkable. Was very professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Tyler helped with checkout and loading our car with our new t.v.
Will definitely will be shopping here in my future.

I want to say how pleased I was with the 5 star customer service I obtained from Joan, the store manager. She was so helpful and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with the situation. Very nice and pleasant to work with. Furthermore, she has helped to make the store more organized, aesthetically pleasing and roomy for the customers.
Also want to give a shout out to Tom, in the tv department, who really know his stuff and was very helpful!
I plan to continue my electronic purchases at this store.

I just took my desktop cpu in for more hard drive and it kept restarting, due to not having any hard drive left to run my games/programs. With the help of Lorin, David and Ben , who diagnosed my issues quickly, all under Martin the squad leader, who has been a huge help over the last couple years. My computer was there roughly a week because it had a glitch in the first setup and when I pointed it out to Ben, he fired it up and found the issue right away. Thanks a lot Ben. Now my cpu is home and running great and I was able to load a lot of games, mostly off Steam network , and I've been having a great time again. Great job once again guys. So very pleased with the results.
