Today was my first time trying this place and instantly fell in love with it and its workers!!!<3 I went through the drive-through and the girl taking my order was super helpful and once i got up to the window two girls working (that I saw:)) were extremely smiley and kind🥹 I got a Turkey Egg and Cheese bagel and it was hot, fresh and delicious!! The amount of teas, coffees and unique drinks are definitely intriguing and make me want to come back just to try a new one every day!! I am absolutely recommending this place to EVERYONE I know🤭

I am obsessed with this coffee shop! I love coming here to work or have meetings. The staff is very nice and knows as lot about the menu. The shop is clean and open so it is a great space to work. I order the Ham and Cheese Pretzel Sandwich($6.75) and the Crème Caramel w/Oat Milk ($6.95). It is worth every penny! The sandwich is delicious and the coffee is perfect! I highly recommend giving this place a try if you are looking for a new coffee spot.

Beautiful coffee shop, very clean, great atmosphere, the blond roast is 15c more than Starbucks but light years better in flavor. The cookies are as big as your head, give this place a try!

This is a cool place to get coffee and tea. Pleasant ambiance. Freshness in the cakes/loafs they make. Staff is friendly. Nice and neat seating. Contemporary style.

Great coffee, amazing bagel sandwich, and TO DIE FOR chocolate cake.

I get coffee from here regularly. A dreamy cold brew....always comes out with the cream on top, but when you mix it, it actually stay mixed. But if you like cold brew, this is one of the smoothest cups I've had!

I ordered a ham, egg, and cheese bagel the other day and when I tell you it was good, I was really good. It was very large compared to other drive-thru sandwiches and didn't have that big yellow center in the egg. This sandwich is great!

Now on to the cake...if you like chocolate...a lot....their chocolate cake is for you! It's rich, moist and had deep chocolate flavors. It's a really big slice and I'd suggest sharing it or eating some and saving the rest for later. It's not overly sweet but it is definitely rich with chocolate flavor.

I've yet to go in, I always go through the drive-thru. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and welcoming, which makes returning regularly a no brainer.

Go. Order a dreamy cold brew, get a bagel sandwich, and make some cake for later and consider your day instantly improved.

I used to go to Starbucks only, but since discovering this place I prefer it now. Their baked goods are more diverse and better quality in my opinion. I also like how they make their drinks more.
It’s a little overpriced, but that’s a company complaint. No issues with the service or food. Employees are always nice and the wait is never long.

Sweetwaters is hands down my new favorite coffee place - EVER. Beats competitors easily. My only complaint is that it isn't closer to my apartment! Highly recommend the Dreamy Cold Brew (in the quad size, of course.)

Tried cold brew for the first time here. It was great. Will be visiting again.

Unique menu. Great teas, way better selection of green teas than any place around here. This is a franchise and the other shops in Columbus are independently owned and run very differently. The Polaris shop waters down tea to the point of no taste and uses huge ice cubes. Total rip off, go to New Albany or OSU instead.

So I go here all the time when I'm back home from college, and I have nothing but good things to say. Employees recognize me, owner (I think?) knows me, my name, my order, and are always fast. I usually order the straight up cold brew and it's a great iced black coffee and not too bitter. Also really like their matcha.

I absolutely love this location. The drive-thru is quick, and the customer service is fantastic. I enjoy the bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich, thai iced tea, dreamy cold brew - each item is always delicious.

Friendly staff and great coffee - their flavored drinks are just the right amount of flavoring without being too sweet. Their selection of food and pastries is great and everything is really tasty. Love the dragon mural inside & decor of the interior!

I spend several hours in this shop several days a week, and I chose this place on purpose. The staff are always pleasant, the bathroom is always clean, and the coffee is always great. I'm an introvert, so I probably don't know everyone there as well as I could, but at least John (the owner) remembers my name. Love this place!

One the better coffee spots around New Albany. Super friendly staff, franchise owner is always around, nice guy. Clean, straight-forward spot for coffee.

Such a great experience! This has become our new after church ritual. The breakfast sandwiches are great, the mixed berry yogurt parfait is my favorite. The coffee is always fresh, the Matcha Ice Dragon is my daughters favorite, it seems to have twice the matcha flavor of the other chain shops. Thank you for opening in our neighborhood!!

Step aside Starbucks, a fresh new coffee place has taken my heart. This place holds a special place in my coffee drowned heart. The cold brews are to die for and the hot coffee is good on any day. The sweet treats are decadent and hit the spot. They also sell their cold brew by the howlers and growlers. What's not to love!!!

Best cold brew and chai tea that my wife and I have had in Columbus. The dream cold made me feel like I could walk into work on a Monday with a smile.

Hope that they open a location in Hilliard (or maybe not because we be broke..)

Always an excellent experience.
Recently moved within the vicinity of Sweetwaters and was immediately hooled.
The breakfast sandwiches are always hot, fresh and full of flavor.
The drinks are always made to liking and the faces are always friendly.
Definitely recommended!
