I wanted to send out a huge thank you to Joey Guernsey and Klein's Archery & Outdoor Store Co., Inc. My son Caleb has shown an interest in archery after completing his second year of doing a five week archery shoot. The bow he was given from the bowhunters association was now too small and we were in need of a new one. Joe and Klein’s came highly recommended and their reviews were excellent. I am in no way a bow expert so I was relying heavily on Joe’s recommendations. He was awesome. He took his time and was very patient while helping Caleb be fitted with the right bow. From start to finish the process was so easy thanks to Joe. I highly recommend him and Klein’s for all your archery needs. I will definitely be going to him from now on. Thanks Joe from me and Caleb!!!

I have been dealing with Joe for over a decade now and every interaction has been incredible. He is honest, knowledgeable and always willing to help me with any issue I have big or small, this is the reason he is Upstate New York's premier bow shop.

Nothing bad to say with recent experiences. One thing I will say is a couple of years ago I had some stuff done with a budget bow I got and the cost came out to be higher than I expected.

I have zero knowledge of crossbows! Was calling for my boyfriend and Joe was very patient and understanding. I'm excited to meet him in person!!!

I walked in with a whole lot of questions and not a lot of knowledge. Joe was really patient, helpful and made a real effort to make sure I had the info I needed to get the right start. Will be going there for all my archery needs in the future.

Joey is great !! Went in with no knowledge of cross bows . He answered all our questions and gave us a great deal on two new cross bows 👍
